Ending One: True Ending

After Harry has defeated Voldemort once and for all, he runs into the Great Hall and meets with his friends, Cayden's boyfriends, Snape, and Delphine. He told them everything he had found out about Cayden having accidentally made Horcruxes.

Harry told them about how Cayden didn't have a Horcrux inside him, like he did. How he had died in the forest from the killing curse Voldemort had used to kill them.

Soon after, they all make their way to the Forbidden Forest where Cayden is laying on his back, blank white eyes looking up at the sky. Voldemort had left Cayden in the forest and had only taken Harry with them to meet at Hogwarts.

Cedric and Viktor had been devastated when they didn't see Cayden at the time, and thought only the worst. Who would've thought that their thought of what happened to Cayden was true.

Cedric was the one to move forward with shaky breath and picked Cayden's lifeless body into his arms, carrying the boy in a bridal style. And then, they all make their way into an empty classroom for privacy.

"You're sure this would work?" Ron asked, turning his head to look at Cayden placed on the ground of the classroom.

"Dumbledore told me he accidentally created Horcrux, we didn't know how many." Harry repeated his earlier words, looking through Hermione's beaded bag and looks for Cayden's stuff. He takes out the Head Boy badge, the diary, Book of Ancient Spells, his tiara, and his invisibility ring. He places them all on the ground, looking at the objects.

"How do we tell which one is a Horcrux?" Cedric asked, looking at Cayden's stuff.

Harry blinked, not knowing the answer to that.

"Which belongings are always with him?" Viktor asked, arms crossed over his chest.

"Three." Hermione answered, pointing to the Head Boy badge, the diary and the ring.

"And how many did he make?" Viktor asked, arching an eyebrow.

"Let's check, maybe we'll find out." Ron said, kneeling down next to Harry and takes Cayden's diary. He flips open Cayden's diary and his eyebrows almost reach his hairline. "I think I found it." He said, placing Cayden's diary down on the ground to show the blank page of the diary. It was the first page that is supposed to be filled with writing.

"I think it's in here as well." Hermione said, holding the Head Boy badge in her hands, feeling the power coming from the badge.

"Same." Harry said, holding the invisibility ring.

"That's why I felt something when I wore it." Hermione said, looking at Cayden's ring.

"You... felt something?" Cedric questioned, raising his eyebrows.

Hermione nods. "It felt like something was in it, not angry like Voldemort." She said. "But peaceful, like whoever wore it will gain peace."

Harry blinked and slipped it into his finger, sighing as a wave of pleasant sensation flows through him. "You're right." He said, pulling the ring off. "All right, we've found them all. How are we doing this?" He asked, looking up at Snape who had entered the empty classroom with a bottle of potion.

"I'll handle it, all of you stay back." Severus said, moving towards Cayden. He takes out his wand and starts carving the circle of silver runes on the floor, in the center of a protected space. The silver glows faintly, radiating warmth and light. He places the three Horcruxes at the three points of the triangle within the circle, connected by thin lines of phoenix feather he had gotten from Fawkes.

Severus stands at the center of the triangle, holding the Potion he had brought with him. He recites an ancient incantation, once he had heard Cayden muttered in his sleep. And now he knows what it means. "Vita pura revocare, animam integri suscitare. Amore et luce, ad corpus revertatur." (Translation: Recall the pure life, ressurecr the whole soul. Through love and light, return to the body.)
