Cayden gets out of the train, walking towards the carriage where he can see Mr. Filch waiting for him with a nasty look. He approaches the Caretaker and lets the man check his trunks in case of any danger. He knows he doesn't, but it's better to check than not.

Mr. Filch finishes checking his trunks and starts walking towards the carriage with Cayden behind him.

They ride in silence towards the castle, Cayden is looking around the place, awkward.

When they arrive, Cayden lets Mr. Filch gets off first before he himself gets off of the carriage. Cayden starts walking towards the Hogwarts castle, towards the Great Hall where Professor Dumbledore told him everyone is waiting for him. Though, Professor Dumbledore did warn that some Slytherin are not happy with him at the moment.

Why? He doesn't have the answer for that.

He stops at the entrance doors of the Great Hall, watching every student turn their head to look at him when they hear an approaching footsteps.

Cayden starts walking into the Great Hall, letting a small smile take over his face when he sees Harry looking at him with a bright smile at seeing him again. He can tell Harry is holding himself back from jumping out of his seat to hug him.

He walks towards the Hufflepuff table, sitting next to Susan who wraps her arms around his shoulders, welcoming him back to Hogwarts.

Professor Dumbledore makes a small speech of Cayden returning to life again was a wonderful thing and welcomes him back to Hogwarts and because Cayden wasn't there when they first began introduces the new Potions Professor, Horace Slughorn. Cayden wasn't surprised to hear Severus getting the Defense Against the Dark Arts position.

Though, he did worry about Severus. Some of the Dark Arts teachers they had, have done bad stuff to Harry before. But he quickly put those thoughts away, glancing away from Professor Dumbledore to Malfoy who seemed to be staring at him.

Cayden looked away, looking at Professor Dumbledore who told them to enjoy their lunch and sat down. He starts eating, listening to Justin and Susan catch him up on what has been happening. Susan was nice enough to write to Cedric and Viktor, telling them about him being alive again.

Susan promised to give him the letter Cedric and Viktor wrote specifically for him. Cayden should get her a gift for the kindness she is giving him. He told her he appreciates what she is doing making Susan smile brighter than before, patting his shoulder and starts eating her lunch.

It's the next day, and Harry dragged Cayden away from the library to the corridor where he stood with Harry and Ron, looking at the crowd of students that were trying to get to their classes.

But they were quickly caught by Professor McGonagall who told them to go to the Potions class. Ron tries to beg Harry not to go, but he relented when he looked at Cayden who was just waiting for them to do anything.

Professor McGonagall wanted Cayden to not go to classes today, wanting him to rest just in case coming back from the afterlife has some side effects. But Cayden shook his head and told her he was fine, following after Harry and Ron who were waiting for him at the turn of a corridor.

They start walking towards the Potions classroom, Harry and Ron talking with each other about some random stuff while Cayden listens to them talk with a small smile. They arrive at the Potions class with Harry dragging Ron inside the classroom.

The other students turn in unison.

"Cayden, Harry! I was beginning to worry! And I see we've brought someone with us..." Professor Slughorn said, greeting Cayden and Harry before looking at Ron.
