Narrator POV:
Class was being loud and chaotic as usual, friends talking to each other, some gossiping, some just laughing around with each other... and then there's some couples doing... Couples' stuff. It's usually the popular pretty girls with the handsome jock boys, but they mostly only last some weeks, and some rare ones are real loving couples, those ones are pretty adorable.
But even if most of the class gets along, some don't and just stay away... It's the case for one student, but who cares about those pitiful type of guys? No one right? They just don't know how to fit in, it's their problem.
This day is a special day, there is a new student, some girls claimed to see this student already and said that he was cute, well they were not wrong...
Suddently, the teacher steps in with a new person, the new student.
"Students! Please pay attention!" The teacher started as all the students turned to face the teacher and the new student, some girls silently squealing at the looks of the new student, apparently already starting to have a crush, it's all about looks anyways...
"Today we will be welcoming a new student, I'll let him introduce himself and let you all get to know each other, you can even tell him the lessons we had before he came so he doesn't miss out. You can take the whole hour, I'll just take this time to correct the test we did from last week." The teacher explains calmly as all students nodded and turned to the said student to hear him introduce himself.
"My name is Kokichi Ouma! It's nice to meet you all!" Kokichi beamed with a bright smile, the other students greeted him back before the teacher spoke up.
"Very well, you can take a seat now, any free spot you see will do." Kokichi nodded and sat on a free seat before all of the students walked to him to introduce themselves, Kokichi seemed happy about already having friends, they were all laughing along meanwhile one specific student was still on their seat just doodling on their notebook, no one minded about it and just kept chit-chatting with Kokichi the whole time.
Soon, the bell rang, it was now lunch time, so everyone walked to the dining hall, leading Kokichi with them to show him where it is and then he just took some food and joined students from other classes, making more friends.
It's fun, just having new friends to talk with, it's fun to feel wanted, it's fun to just feel included.
It's too bad that not everybody can have that...
Shuichi Saihara, a loner from Kokichi's class, Kokichi doesn't know why yet, even though he still didn't notice him yet. And I bet you don't know why Shuichi is left out either.
There is indeed a reason.
But let's just say for now that... Not everybody can fit in.
