Jody's POV
This Twitter thing was really cool. Some Pierce The Veil fans found out that this is me and I gained over 3'000 followers. It's funny how they treat me like I'm a celebrity and beg me for a relpy or something else. I totally not feel like a celebrity, I mean I'm not the one who's famous, it's Vic. But it's so fun tweeting and stuff. Mostly I'm writing direct messages with Jaime, we're talking so much shit. Sometimes it gets over to tweets which causes fans to freak out, in the good way.
But right now I was at work, so I wasn't allowed to tweet. Which is actually weird, because I'm allowed to write SMS's and call someone. Maybe it's just because Twitter is in the internet and it's about that we don't go in the internet.
"Um, excuse me?" a male voice asked in front of me. I didn't realize that I was lost in my thoughts. The man in front of me was tall, skinny and had black messy hair. Some tattoos were on his arm.
"Oh sorry. Yes, can I help you?" I asked and scratched the back of my neck.
"I need some help at picking out a piano. I don't know which is better."
"It depends, for what do you need it?"
"Oh, actually just normal playing."
"A beginner?"
"Uh yeah."
"Okay then this one would be the best. It's the easiest to play and not so expensive." I led him to a black piano. The man sat down and tried to play it.
"Yes, that sounds good. I take it."
"Okay, good." We walked to the counter and I tipped everything in the cash desk. I told him how much it cost and he paid for it.
"May you tell me your name?" he asked when I gave him the receipt.
"I'm Jody" I said and smiled a bit at him.
"I'm John. So Jody, may you want to drink a coffee with me?" Oh.
"Um...I have a boyfriend." His face dropped and he looked on the floor.
"Oh, okay. But it was worth a try. So maybe see you around." He winked at me and walked to the door. This guy was kinda weird. He seemed nice, though but I can't and don't wanna go out with someone when I'm taken. But what made me smile is, that guys still ask me out, even when I'm taken. You can't see it in my face that I'm taken, but I'm still happy about it. You have to know, I used to think that I'm a person who dies alone with at least 100 cats or dogs. I never thought that I could get so lucky with Vic. I never thought that a guy would really like me and I'm relieved that I didn't destroy the relationship (yet). I was never good at keeping friendships or relationships.
I heard my phone ring in my bag and walked to it to pick it up.
"Hello?" I answered and sat on the chair behind the counter.
"Hi, Jo" his soft voice went through my ear.
"Hey Vic."
"Do you have already something planned for lunch?" His voice was quiet and had a bit sadness in it.
"Hm, no actually not."
"Cool, so we can have it together!"
"Yes, where? At Cassie's diner?"
"Uh, no. No, uh what about when you come to the studio and we're having lunch together with the guys?"
"Yeah, sure. That sounds good."
"Good, then, uh, how long do you have lunch-time?"
"From 12 to 2 pm, why?"
"Oh I just wanted to make sure that we have time, because I need to talk to you."
