Jody's POV

"Jody!!! Josephine!!! Get your lazy ass up from you bed and- oh hey Vic." Only one person calls me Josephine. Cassie opened the door from my bedroom and saw me and Vic still sleeping in my bed. She "broke" in my house and yelled my name through it while she was walking up the stairs. Vic took his arm away, which was previously around my waist and rubbed his eyes. He moaned which was supposed to sound like a "good morning". I put my face deeper in my pillow and moaned, too.
"It's too early, Cassie" I mumbled.
"Guys, it's 12pm. Why aren't you up already? What were you doing last night- wait! I don't wanna know it!" she changed her mind and walked to my closet.
"But now, get up because you'll be doing some sports with me!" she continued and took some clothes from my closet and threw them on the bed.
"Noooo, I hate sports!" I whined and refused to stand up or even open my eyes.
"You hate like everything in this world!" Cassie said and threw her hands in the air.
"Negative, not this man over here" I pointed over to Vic and he waved Cassie. She rolled her eyes and put her hands on her hips.
"Yeah, whatever. Get your lazy ass up, we're having a sport-day. In 15 minutes downstairs!" she added and left the room. Cassie really loves sports actually and really hate it.
I opened my eyes and looked next to Vic. He looked rather amused.
"What?" I asked, unsure what he was thinking.
"Nothing. I just can't imagine you doing any sports" he said and smiled at me.
"Hey!" I punched his chest and he just laughed even more. I got up and walked to my closet. Vic lay on his back, put his hands behind his head and watched me searching some clothes. I even owned a sports bra, but just because Cassie once forced me to buy one. I took a tank top and some shorts out and changed. Yes, in front of Vic, inclusive the bra changing. But I turned my back to him so he didn't really see anything.
"Why are you turning away from me? Like there's something I haven't seen yet" he said with a huge grin on his face. I turned my head, because it was just when I was about changing the bra, and stuck my tongue out. Then I put the bra on and the tank top. When I turned to Vic, he put out his lower lip like he wanted to tell me, that he wanted to see more than just my back. Such a man. I rolled my eyes and went in the bathroom and put my hair into a ponytail. Then I walked back in the bedroom, pecked Vic's lips and walked downstairs.
"Have fun!" Vic yelled after me and it sounded rather amused. Downstairs Cassie was already impatiently waiting for me. When she saw me, she opened the door and waited for me to walk out. It was a really beautiful day, actually perfect for going outside and doing some sports. If you would be a sporty person, which I'm totally not. But Cassie is and she's my best friend, so she's been dragging me outside so many times. Remember the bar thing? That's exactly the same. But actually I should be really happy that she's done that, because through that I got to know Vic. Okay, so I got him to know before indirectly broke my wrist. I'm still happy that she brought me to this bar in this night.
"So, what are we gonna do this time?" I asked Cassie when I snapped out of my thoughts.
"Jogging!" she yelled and started running. I moaned, rolled my eyes and tried to run after her. She was really fast, because she joggs like twice a week. And then there's me. I just do sports when Cassie is forcing me to and eat chocolate and cookies all the time. I'm the opposite of Cassie. Though we're best friends. Don't ask me how our friendship works, but it does.
We ran through the streets until we reached a little forest. No one was in this forest and I can't remember ever being in it.
"Why haven't...I seen....this...forest be...fore?" I asked through my heavily breathing.
"Because you don't leave your house enough" she answered and wasn't breathing heavy at all. But maybe she was right, do I stay too much in my house? I mean, when I'm leaving my house, it's for work or when I'm going out with Vic. In the other times I'm always at home. I'm just such a lazy fuck. I could barely catch up with Cassie because she was running so fast.
"Cassie...Cassie...I...I need a...break" I gasped, almost breaking down.
"No! C'mon! C'mon!' she yelled back and waved with her hands, telling me to hurry up. I just gasped and tried to keep running. See, I'm everything else than sporty.
"Hurry up! I don't have that much time anymore! I have to be in the diner in 20 minutes!" Cassie yelled back to me and I raised my eyebrows.
"When you...don't have so...so much time...for jogging with me...why...why do you do it?" I asked confused. She slowed down a bit so I could run with her.
"Because I needed you to leave your house and that was the only way" she explained.
"And now come!" she added and started running faster again. Dammit, this girl is gonna kill me some when with her energy.
10 minutes later Cassie and me stopped in front of my house. We went inside and I collapsed on the couch, barely breathing.
"I hate you...Cassie...I hate you" I said before I put my head back and tried to catch my breath.
"I know, I love you, too. Well okay, see you later or so. I have to go to work now" she said and walked to the door. We waved us before she left the house. I stayed on the couch until I caught my breath and could get up. I noticed a note on the kitchen table and read it.
