Jody's POV
I was standing side stage with Cassie watching Pierce The Veil play their show.
"They're really good" Cassie yelled in my ear and I nodded.
"Hey, can we watch Of Mice & Men afterwards?" she asked.
"Sure!" I agreed and smiled at her. It was so cool to see her again. I really missed her.
"Thank you ... You were amazing!" Vic thanked the crowd and walked off stage with the other band members. Cassie and me walked backstage to meet them.
"Hey, did you like our show?" Vic asked me when I walked up to him.
"Yeah, you guys were amazing" I complimented and smiled at him.
"Thank you." He pecked my lips and we smiled at each other.
"Don't even think about making out! Jody, we'll go now and watch Of Mice & Men play" Cassie interrupted us and dragged me away. I quickly waved Vic goodbye before I disappeared around the corner with Cassie, while Vic just smiled at me.
"Okay, first I need some food. Where can we get food here?" Cassie asked me after we left the stage area.
"There's catering" I answered and pointed to the direction of the catering.
"Good, let's go there" she said and turned around to walk in right direction.
After we quickly ate something at the catering, we walked back to the stage to watch Of Mice & Men. It wasn't already time for them to play so they were still backstage. I decided to say hello to them and introduce Cassie to them. Cassie was sort of acting like a fangirl because she really loves OM&M.
"Guys, this is my best friend Cassie. Cassie those are Austin, Alan, Phil, Aaron and Tino" I introduced them. Cassie got hugs from all of them and I could see that she was really excited to see them.
"You're here to watch our show?" Austin asked Cassie and she nodded.
"Awesome! So we have to play it right now" he added and then they disappeared. Cassie walked in front of me and looked at me like a little 14 years old fangirl.
"Please don't scream" I pleased and closed my eyes.
"Okay I won't" she said and crossed her arms. I rolled my eyes and then we went side stage to watch the show. During the whole show Cassie and me danced along and sang along in the choruses.
After their show we stayed backstage with them and talked. They were still really hyper from their show and it was really funny seeing them goofing around.
"Hey Jody, is it okay if I hang out with Austin a bit?" Cassie asked me. I looked at Austin, who was smiling really bright, and then back at Cassie.
"Sure, that's no problem. I'll be back at PTV's bus" I said and smiled at them once more before they disappeared. I started walking to PTV's bus when I suddenly heard fast footsteps behind me and then two hands on my hips. The hands turned me around, I almost fell on the ground with the person and screamed. But when I heard the laughing I immediately knew who it was.
"Vic! Oh my God, are you mental?" I screamed and punched his arm. He was still laughing hysterically and I crossed my arms.
"I'm sorry babe, I just had to" he said still laughing but then calmed down.
"Where were you actually? I thought you were at the bus" I asked.
"I was at the catering with Mike while you were watching Of Mice & Men. Mike's already back at the bus and I was waiting for you here."
"So you just creeped around here and waited for me instead of just coming backstage and talking to me like a normal person?"
"Well...yeah."
"You're so weird."
"I know." He walked closer to me and wrapped his arms around my waist. I wrapped my arms around his neck and pulled him closer to me until our lips met. We kissed for some moments until we had to pull away to catch our breathes. We smiled at each other and he kissed my forehead.
"Let's go to the bus" I said and he nodded.
"Hey where's Cassie?" he asked while we were walking.
"She's somewhere hanging out with Austin" I answered and he raised his eyebrows.
"Oh, maybe she's more attracted to Austin than to Tony" he thought and I shook my head.
"Uh-uh! She likes Tony, that's for sure."
"Hm, we'll see."
"She's my best friend so I think that I know her a bit more than you do."
"Psh, whatever." I smiled up at him and enlaced our fingers. Soon after we reached the bus and walked inside. The only one there was Jaime in the back playing some video games.
"Vic! C'mon I need your help!" Jaime said totally focused on his game and quickly tossed Vic the second controler.
"Jaime you know that I suck on video games" Vic said when he caught the controler.
"Yeah yeah whatever, now come and help me!" Jaime answered. Vic looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and then walked to over to Jaime. I smiled at them and then went to my bunk to get my laptop. I sat on the table at the front lounge and opened my laptop. Actually I just wanted to check e-mails, Twitter, Tumblr and that stuff but I ended up on Kevin Browns blog reading. I read his latest blog posts and then found his e-mail address. Should I write him? This maybe isn't such a bad idea, so I don't have to look into his eyes and be like 'Hey I'm Jody and I'm probably your daughter you've never heard of, let's be friends!'. That definitely wouldn't work. So I decided to write him an e-mail and tell him everything.
"What are you doing?" Vic asked when he walked past me.
"I'm writing Kevin Brown" I answered and didn't look up from my laptop.
"Jody, don't you want to wait until we're home?" he asked and stopped walking next to me.
"I can't."
"Jody..."
"I just can't, Vic! I can't just let it be because I'm thinking about this the whole day and night! I haven't slept in so long because my mind is constantly racing about this. I need to know if he is my father or not. I can't just leave it!" I was talking louder than needed and this seemed to shock Vic a bit. He was firstly just standing there and watching me. But then he sat next to me and looked in my eyes. I felt the tears in my eyes and tried to hold them back.
"I'm sorry. I thought that this was a good advice since it always worked with me. So I thought that it maybe works with you, too. I'm sorry."
"It's okay, it's not your fault. I just need to know if this guy is my father or not so I have to write him an e-mail and tell him everything."
"Okay, I'll help you." Vic wrapped his arm around my shoulders and kissed my cheek sweetly.
"Isn't Jaime waiting for you?"
"Nah, he realized that I really suck at video games so he told me that he does it on his own." I laughed and put my head on his shoulder for some seconds.
"Show me what you've got until now" Vic said and I showed him the e-mail. Together we wrote a really long e-mail to Kevin. I was really glad that Vic helped me with the mail because at some points I just didn't know what do to because it hit my mind again that this guy could be my Dad and I froze for some moments. But Vic always comforted me and made me feel better. I'm so thankful for everything he does for me.
(A/N: I'm sorry this chapter is really short! It's probably the shortest one I've written and I know that I promised on the last chapter that this one will be bigger. Well, sorry 'bout that. But i didn't update almost 2 weeks now and that's just too long. So here ya go and I try to make the next update sooner and this time really longer.
