Jody's POV

My phone ringed just when I woke up. I groaned and rolled to my side while Vic's arm was still around me. I reached for my phone and picked it up without looking at it or even waking up properly.
"Hello?" I answered my phone and rubbed my eyes.
"Did I wake you up? Sorry....wait no I'm not" Cassie said on the other end. Isn't my best friend nice?
"Cassie, what do you want? It's fucking...10 in the morning" I mumbled and let myself fall back in the bed. Vic groaned beside me and cuddled himself more to me.
"I have to talk to you" she said and sounded more serious than ever before.
"Did something happen?" I asked and yawned. Vic had his head on my stomach and one arm around it. He was still sleeping really deep and didn't seem to hear anything from the chatting with Cassie.
"Kinda" she now whispered.
"Is there a specific reason why you're whispering?" I asked and started to twist Vic's hair around my index finger.
"Yes" she only said.
"And?"
"What and?"
"What's the reason why you're whispering."
"Oh. Uh. Well. I'm hiding in Tony's bathroom."
"Wait you're still there? So that means..."
"No! No, I...we didn't do it. We just cuddled practically the whole night."
"Oh my God!" I shouted a bit too loud and looked at Vic for some seconds to see if I woke him up, but he didn't move a bit.
"We like...fell asleep on the couch cuddling and I woke up some minutes ago and now I'm hiding in his bathroom to talk to you."
"And what do you want me to do now?"
"Give me an advice! Like what am I supposed to do now?"
"Just go back and cuddle with him."
"Are you serious right now?"
"It's not daily that you can cuddle with Tony Perry, my friend."
"Jody, be serious!"
"Sorry."
"I can't go back there."
"Why? I mean it's just cuddling."
"Yeah but when he wakes up we probably have to talk and I don't know what to say."
"Just be yourself, Cassie. That's the reason why he even asked you out. I mean, he's really shy so he really had to pull himself together to ask you out and I don't think that he's doing that for every girl." She didn't answer for some seconds.
"Maybe you're right. But I still don't know what to talk about."
"Like I said, he's shy so if he wants to talk, he's probably more nervous than you."
"But-"
"No."
"You don't even know what I was gonna say!"
"I'd have been something like 'but what if he's gonna talk about it' or 'but what if he says that he likes me or even worse that he doesn't like me and-'"
"Okay okay, I got it."
"Good, now leave that bathroom and go back cuddling with that really handsome and attractive man." I felt how Vic started to stretch his body and heard him yawn. I wonder if he heard what I said about Tony.
"He's really handsome...and damn attractive."
"He is, so now do what I told you!"
"Can I really do that?"
"You do. And I just wanna hear from you again of you either talked to him or slept with him."
"I'm not gonna sleep with him...today."
"Yeah whatever. Now go!"
"Okay. I'll call you later."
"Good, bye." I hung up and put my phone back on the counter.
"Good morning babe" I said to Vic because I knew that he was awake by now. He yawned and rolled onto his back.
"Morning beautiful" he said with his sleepy voice.
"Since when are you awake?" I asked him and rolled to my side so I could look at him better.
"Pretty much since you started talking to Cassie" he answered and smiled devilishly.
"Seriously?" I asked and raised both eyebrows.
"So you think Tony's handsome and really attractive?" he asked and smiled even more.
"But c'mon, he looks damn good" I stood up for myself.
"I won't say anything to that or you'll start to ship Perrentes" he joked. I rolled my eyes and got up, covering my still naked body with the blanket. I reached for my underwear and put it on.
"Where are you going?" he asked me when I put his shirt on.
"Downstairs for coffee" I answered and kissed his lips before I went down the stairs. When I turned on the coffee machine and put my mug under it, I couldn't stop thinking about Cassie and Tony. I hope that they'll talk or at least that she stayed and didn't just leave. I don't know what they should talk about, maybe they should just confess their love for each other. Cassie told me that she likes him and Vic told me that he likes her. They should just get together.
Vic walked down the stairs and came to the kitchen.
"Hey Vic, can I ask you something?" I asked him and took my mug.
"Sure" he said and made himself a coffee.
"How is Tony about...you know getting a new girlfriend and stuff? Like does he do it fast or slowly" I asked and waited for his answer. Vic thought about it and then shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't really know...he normally just suddenly turns up with a new one so I can't really tell. Why you asking?" he asked and took his mug.
"Well he had this date with Cassie yesterday and you know, she called me earlier because she was hiding in his bathroom and didn't know what to do. I told her to talk to him" I explained. Vic nodded.
"If she starts to talk, he'll maybe do it. I'm not sure" he said and shrugged again. I puffed out air and dropped my head. I just hope they talk. They've known each other now for long enough I think. They just need to admit their feelings, they'd make such a cute couple.
"Do you have to work today?" Vic asked me and snapped me out of my thoughts.
"Yeah I do. And you have band practice?" I asked him.
"Actually not and I don't have anything to do" he complained.
"Aw poor Victor" I said and put my lower lip out. He glared at me like he didn't find it that funny as me.
"Hey I could come along to your work" he suggested and smiled bright. Now I was the one glaring and not finding it that funny.
"And what do you wanna do the whole day? There isn't really something to do for you" I asked him and crossed my arms.
"C'mon, you sell instruments. I'll just play some of them and I can help costumers if they need help with guitars and stuff" he explained.
"But we already have someone that's helping the costumers with the guitars" I said and raised one eyebrow.
"I'll just help the ones that ask me. Oh and you sell CDs, too so I can look around there a bit and spend time" he added and walked closer to me. 
"Do you want me to hang around alone at home or at the music store with me?" he questioned and wrapped his arms around my hips.
"Okay, you can come with me. But don't distract me from work, okay?" I agreed and he smiled.
"Pfff no, I won't." He leaned closer and kissed me passionately on my lips.
