Get To The Chopper

"Destroy the bridges!" Mathias ordered as Y/N and Lara started running as fast as they could towards the chopper.

"But we'll kill our own people!" A Mercenary protested only for Mathias to simply shoot him in the head.

"Any other non-believers?" Mathias asked as the men all set to work on destroying the bridge.

"Wait... the storms! It's too dangerous! Roth!? Damn it! Roth, where are you!?" Lara called over the radio only to get no response.

Meanwhile Roth was up on a nearby mountain he had used for a vantage point, and he was cornered by Jason.

"Come here old man, I'll let you live." Jason said as he looked at Roth who tried to shoot him, but Jason knocked the gun off of the mountain with his bat before going to attack Roth, only for the old man to kick the bat from Jasons hands and deliver a punch to the Merc leaders jaw.

Jason just laughed before punching Roth in the gut and then grabbing him by the collar and punching him in the face, followed by delivering a knee to Roths gut, Roth used the opportunity to throw Jason over his shoulder and punch him three times in the face before Jason wrestled him off of him.

The Merc Leader grabbed Roth and slammed his head against a rock before dragging his head down the Rock and punching him. Roth kicked Jason in the groin and grabbed him by the throat as he tried to strangle the man, but the merc leader broke free and headbutted Roth, tripping him up and proceeding to beat him senseless, he drew his bowie knife but was thrown by Roth who stood up and drew his survival knife. As Jason went for a stab, Roth avoided the stab and went for his own but was stopped by Jason knocking his attack off course. Roth felt the knife stab him in the back, but he kept going, headbutting Jason and slashing at him, his knife cutting right eye.

"I've already beaten you." Roth said with a smirk, realising that Jason didn't know about the PT boat down by the beach.

"After we're done, I'm gonna kill the boy too!" Jason snarled as he tackled Roth to the floor. "What's his name?"

Roth looked at him and smirked, going for a stab to Jason's throat but Jason avoided it and redirected the knife into Roth's throat.

"I guess I'll find out next time I see him." Jason said with a smirk as he stood up, grabbing his knife and cleaning it off on Roth before sheathing it, he left and picked up his baseball bat before heading off to re-join his forces at his main Base of Operations on top of the largest mountain on the island.

Y/N was on the chopper with Lara as they just about escaped the bridge collapsing and reached the helicopter.

"Y/N, we have to land! We have to land or the storms are going to crash us. We can't leave!"

"We can't leave them behind." Y/N said as he pointed to the rest of their crew in a clearing below.

"We have to land!" Lara stated to the pilot.

"No way! Not in this weather!" The pilot said bluntly.

"We can't leave them behind!" Lara insisted.

"I barely made it here in one piece!" The pilot refused as Lara drew her pistol and put it to the pilot's head.

"Do it!" Lara ordered coldly.

"She'll pull apart!" The Pilot explained as Y/N looked at him.

"I can pilot a helicopter, meaning you're expendable, now for the sake of everyone here, do as she fucking says." Y/N said bluntly.
