"Where's Hailee?" Was my immediate question as I strolled sluggishly down the steps of our house. I had noticed far too early in the morning that Hailee was missing from our bed, but Billie was happily chilling on the couch, stuffing her face with Takis while watching The Office.

"She's getting groceries, don't worry." Billie waved me off, her eyes not leaving the screen. I tightened my robe around my body and took a seat at the end of the couch. Billie glanced at me before opening her arms up for me. I smiled, not hesitating to lie down on my back and rest my head in her lap while her fingers gently run through my hair.

"I don't think I've expressed how much I've missed you, Bil." I whispered with my eyes closed. I heard Billie snicker from above me, not in a teasing way, though.

"Oh, I think you have. Sis, I've missed you way more. I'm still sorry for everything that happened before I died." She admitted in a soft and low tone, the volume of the tv seeming to disappear as my eyes reopened to look into hers.

"I wished I had the chance to tell you that I forgive you." I sighed and sat up, Billie reaching for the remote and pausing her show, giving me her full attention. "If I had just had it in me to comfort you and confess that I wasn't mad anymore, maybe things would've been different."

"Y/N/N." Billie grabbed my hands causing me to look up at her. "You can't change the past and that's okay. What's done is done. All that matters is that I'm here, we're here together, and nothing can come between us now." She wrapped her arms in a sisterly manner around me, making me smile as I stuffed my face in her neck, it was a comforting feeling. "I'm just really happy to be an aunt."

"Speaking of..." I pulled away and rested my hands on my stomach. I was now around 5 months into my pregnancy. "I have a craving."

"Does it involve spicy food?" Billie asked slowly, watching me nod eagerly. She smiled and jumped up from the couch, holding her hand out for mine. "Then let's go fulfill this craving till Hailee gets home."

"What's going on here?" Hailee stepped through the house with a confused smile on her face. She kissed my forehead as she walked back with bags of groceries in her hands.

Billie and I sat at the stools of the kitchen island, she had a beer bottle in her hands while I had a Dr. Pepper. "Nothing, just having some fun." I walked over to my girlfriend, pecking her lips. "What took you so long?"

"I sent Jeremy in to get the groceries and I saw that the line was so freaking long so that took about a half hour and then another half hour because of traffic." Hailee sighed as she began to put the food away, me helping her in the process.

"Yo, did you get my dumplings I asked for?" Billie asked and let out a squeal when Hailee smirked, throwing her a box of frozen dumplings.

"You've been craving bananas a lot more recently so I picked up a few for you." She then turned to me with a soft smile on her face. My heart melted — I reached up and tucked a loose strand of her brown hair that now has dark blonde highlights in them behind her ear.

"Thank you, baby." Billie pretended to gag when Hailee leaned down to kiss me lovingly and longingly. We both laughed as Billie struggle to open her dumplings — karma's a bitch.

We spent the next couple hours or so just relaxing on the couch, binge watching old movies that we all loved. Old Yeller came out throughout our movie marathon and I cried the hardest. We snacked so much and just overall had a fun night.

"Billie, you don't have to sleep on the couch, your old room has never been touched. Go sleep in it." Hailee nudged the sleepy Eilish girl who grumbled and groggily arose to her feet, slowly trudging up the stairs.

"Let's head to bed, too." I yanked and grabbed my girlfriend's hand rapidly, dragging her up the stairs as fast as I could. It wasn't easy to walk with this belly of mine; most of the time I waddled. Hailee said it was cute — she started called me her little penguin.

"Have I told you how much I love you?" Hailee whispered as we stripped into our pj's. We laid on our sides, facing each other with warm smiles on our faces that we could clearly see even in our dark bedroom. The moonlight being the only thing to light our room up.

"Yes." I whispered and leaned forward a little more. "But I always love to hear it."

"Well... I really really really really love you." Hailee nuzzled our noses together. Me a year ago would've laughed in my face if I told her how soft Hailee actually is under all that tough exterior.

And in reality, she would never be this way if it wasn't for meeting me.
