All well is ends well, that would Sam would think. But the unexpected is something he dislikes. The puppets he, Mukuro, Yoshino, and the AST fought were unnatural. They weren't spirits but had spirit power but it was weaker but their physical strength and toughness were on the level of an AAA-ranked spirit. At least Shido was able to seal Kotori's spirit power in the end so there was nothing to worry about now. He was VERY lucky that he sealed their memories with <Michael> when they saw his face. From what the book, has told him, he knows that he and his class are going on a trip to Arubi Island, but it sucks for him because it's owned by DEM.
Not to mention a month ago, Tohka's spirit power was spiking so he was about to deal with it if it wasn't for Reine telling him to let Shido handle it, so he got a lucky day off. Right now, we see him lying on his bed, watching television. Mukuro and Yoshino were out shopping for food. As he looked at the TV, his eyes shifted to a picture of him with a girl with long orange hair and a school uniform, smiling and holding his arm between her chest.
Vajra: 'Kazamachi...' " *Sigh* Rasiel."
He calls forth that same book and looks into the pages.
Vajra: 'That island might be troublesome. No way am I bringing Mukuro or Yoshino on this trip. I can't have DEM find them out. Origami won't be an issue anymore but I'm sort of worried about the two unknown spirits Firefly mentioned. And those puppets...they were more like familiars and their power matches that of <Gabriel>, so that means that Miku evolved it without Inversing. This calls for more research...'
Vajra grabs the research book he had about the crystals and writes on a new page.
The next day comes and we see Vajra with Shido, Tohka, and Origami boarding a plane with the class heading to Arubi Island. Vajra sits behind Shido, Tohka, and Origami, looking out the window. Vajra's eye was twitching from Tohka's constant complaining about Origami tricking her.
Vajra: "How the hell do you deal with her, Shido?"
Shido: "I don't know man...I just roll with it."
Vajra: "Your mind has gotta be superhuman if you can deal with a banshee, like her."
Shido: "Trust me, I'm not all special."
A camera flash hits the four students as they see a young-looking woman with light Nordic blonde hair, purple eyes, pale skin, and a slender body, pointing a camera at them.
