The next day arrives and we see Vajra waking up on his bed and seeing a note on his dresser from Reine about heading to work. He sighs before heading to the bathroom, brushing his teeth, and taking a quick shower. He heads to the kitchen and looks at his phone, seeing a text from Reine to oversee Shido and Tohka's date. He suspects that Origami may stalk Shido since he did a scan on the girl before he fought her and how she wants to kill Tohka and get Shido's attention. Vajra heads to the balcony materializes a telescope, and sees Tohka and Shido in a crowd of people, with the spirit trying out different food that she's never tasted. He sighs before putting on regular civilian clothing, jumping off the balcony, and landing on the sidewalk safely. The boy can sense the ship, Fraxinus, watching above and smirks.
Vajra: "My my...Efreet really wants to make sure this goes smoothly. Can't blame her, we Spirits are emotional beings. One slip up and we'll be seeing a crater."
Vajra walks away from the apartment and heads toward Shido and Tohka's direction. The boy hid his spiritual energy so Fraxinus or Tohka wouldn't detect him. He didn't want his identity to be known and he wanted to keep it that way. Especially when it comes to the DEM. He spots Shido speaking with someone from his school and Tohka entering a fancy restaurant. He follows the both in. As he entered, he was stopped by the waitress, but it was someone he didn't expect.

Vajra: "M-Mom...!?-"
She instantly shushes him with the menu in her hand.
Vajra: "What in the name of God are you doing here?!"
Reine: "The same task as you. To make sure Shido and the princess's date goes well. I recommend keeping it down as well. Shin's sister is also here and I don't want her to know about my connection to you."
Vajra: "Hmm, understandable."
Reine: "Act natural."
She hands him his menu to order food and he sits at a table by the window. As he looked at the menu, he took quick glances at Shido and Tohka. The boy feels a vibration in his pocket and pulls out a small key with a pink/yellow star in the middle, he smiles and looks out the window, staring at the sky.
Vajra: 'I wish you could see this...'
He looks back to his menu and the waitress comes to take his order, which turns out to be Kotori in disguise.
