For the whole week I spent it by lounging around at Luke's house and joined all his family gathering.

It's nice to see that Luke is still close with his family even though he's been gone for so long.

"See and if you press here lights comes out from this thingy" One of Luke's little cousin was showing me how his toy worked.

"You do it Sky" he handed me his toy robot and I pressed a button where it shot laser out. "This is really cool Max" I told him and he grinned.

"Thanks, Luke told me it was lame" he pouted making me pout back at the blonde six year old boy.

"Luke's lame, I think it's cool" I told him.

He grinned and continued talking about his toy that his parents bought him for his birthday. I have to admit, I was actually really interested in his toys.

As a girl who grew up with brothers, I barely had any girl toys. Even if my mum bought me any I would play with it for a few days and throw it away and continued playing my brother's action figures.

I even have a collection of my own action figures that I collected since I was 10. It's not embarrassing at all, I personally think it's pretty cool.

"Max, everyone's swimming outside don't you want to join them?" Luke stepped inside the living room.

Max immediately hopped off the couch and ran outside joining his whole family swimming and eating outside.

"You want to swim babe?" Luke walked towards me and grabbed his towel and phone that he told me to keep since he was busy dealing with the barbecue with his dad. "I didn't bring a swim suit" I told him and he smiled cheekily.

"You can just go naked" I knew he was going to say that, I shook my head no and gave Luke a small tap on his arm.

"Well, you already look appropriate for swimming" he pointed out my outfit.

I wore a white Savannah singlet with a black bandeau underneath and some black leggings. I really wasn't planning on swimming today, I was already exhausted from having a karaoke all nighter last night with Luke's parents and siblings. "I don't know, can I just watch you guys swim and just play lifeguard?"

Luke sighed but let me anyways, I followed closely behind Luke and sat on one of the stools near the barbecue area. I watched Luke's dad flip steaks on the grill, and spoke to him about how good the steaks looked. "Don't you want to swim Sky?" Andy, Luke's dad questioned.

I shook my head no and looked over to Luke who swam around splashing his cousins. "Sky" Luke shouted and motioned me to come over to him. I jumped off the stool and stood on the edge of the swimming pool, tucking my hair behind my ear and bent over to talk to him.

"Can you get my drink?" Luke smiled sheepishly, I just chuckled and grabbed his glass of coke off a table next to a lounge chair. I handed Luke his drink and sat on the edge of pool, I put my legs in the water and enjoyed the cool feel of the swimming pool water.

Luke leaned his back on the swimming pool edge beside me and spread his arms on the edge of the pool holding his drink. "How are you swimming in that shirt?" I asked Luke.

He was wearing a suffocating black t-shirt, I could tell that the shirt was suffocating him from the way he kept tugging on his shirt. "What do you mean?" He looked down on his shirt and back at me. I told him that his shirt seemed very suffocating on him, and he just stayed silent which concerned me because his whole face seemed sad when I told him that.

"I'm insecure" Luke's words caught my attention, I turned to him and tuck my hair that managed to fall on my face behind my ear. "Luke" I placed my hand on his shoulder, he looked down on the swimming pool and I went inside the pool and stood in front of Luke.
