A day later, John B was back on his feet. Ward let John B stay in his home. But with his rules. So, no hanging out it Sarah's room.

I made sure that John B was getting the right treatment.

"What a nice place? Isn't it?" I asked John B, as we walked into his new room.

"Yep," John B replied. He observed the house and his room.

I looked over at John. "How's the arm?" I asked him.

He looked down at his cast. "It's hurts," he admitted. "But I've been through worse."

I nodded my head. "Oh yeah. When?"

He pushed his lips inwards. "Ok. I've never had anything worse happen to me."

I put my finger to my chin. "What about that time, Topper drowned you," I nagged.

He looked down, then up at me. "Yeah. I'll never forget that."

I smiled. "I know," I added. I pointed to the hallway and started walking backwards. "I'm going to use the bathroom. I'll be back."

He nodded his head. "Ok," he said.

I walked around the house. They had three bathrooms. Two were being used. The third one is in Rafe's room.

I wanted to wait for the others to be finished, but I couldn't hold it any longer.

I opened Rafe's door and peeked into his room. I couldn't find him in his room anywheres.

I tiptoed to his bathroom door. My eyes caught a picture on his nightstand. I looked over at it and picked it up. It was a picture of him younger.

I laughed and placed the picture frame back down.

"It's not nice to touch other peoples stuff," I heard Rafe say. I jumped and backed up into the wall.

He entered his room and shut the door behind him.
He stared at me from across the room.

I smiled back. "Ehe. I was just um.." I started.

He pointed his finger to the bathroom. "Looking for the bathroom?" He finished the sentence. "Over there."

I glanced at the bathroom and nodded my head. "Yeah," I replied.

He put his head onto his eyes. "How could I forget? With the amount of times that you've been in this room."

I titled my head to the side and smiled. "Exactly," I said.

I placed my hand on the bathroom door and almost walked in. "Are we not going to talk about the other night?" Rafe asked me.

I remained standing at the door. I turned only my head to face his direction.

"What about it?" I questioned him. "I danced for a little and then left."

I turned around to face him. He put his finger to his mouth. "See, you're just missing one tiny piece of information," Rafe implied.

"Am I?" I asked him.

He nodded his head to the left. He shifted his gaze to me. "You kissed me," he said, softly. "It was actually our first kiss since we broke up."

I slightly shook my head. " I don't remember it," I shared. "Maybe I was too wasted."

He walked closer to me. "Then let me remind you," he told me. "You were totally flirting with me. And trying to get me jealous. Soon enough, I kissed you. My lips touched yours," he ranted on.
