The time a boy tried to shove sand down my shirt

{A/N: I remembered this story when I was looking at my old birthday videos so here ya go}

Me and Lainee's birthdays are two days apart however I was born in 2012 and she was born in 2013 so I'm still a year older than her, which makes it kind of difficult when it comes to birthdays, like this year.

This year isn't the year I'm gonna be talking about but long story short, this year my dad has to work on my birthday so I won't be able to see him.

I was born June 6th and Lainee was born June 4th so most of the time we share birthdays on June 5th. Why am I saying this? I have no idea because it isn't relevant to the story at all.

On Lainee's 9th birthday we planned to go swimming at a lake and then go back to that same lake two days later when I turned ten. Lainee's birthday rolled around so we bought some water guns, drove to the lake, and went swimming.

Logan and I immediately went for the water but Lainee liked to play on sand by herself even though she's a water dog now. Anyway, because Logan and I were in the water together we met some kids our age and hung out with them.

I can't remember their names but we're going to talk about a guy our age who was a lot taller than me and was a bit.. Weird. He probably thought he was being funny but Logan definitely didn't.

In case you didn't know, swimming can make you hungry. And thirsty. Logan left the lake and went with my mom and Lainee to go get food from the car. I wasn't hungry so I stayed in the lake with the other boy and because all the other kids left it was just him and I in the lake, alone.

I was swimming next to him and talking when he got slowly and suspiciously approached me. Out of nowhere, he grabbed my top, ripped it toward him and attempted to shove sand down my shirt.

Obviously I pushed him away and screamed at him as he laughed. The boy had to leave before Logan came back and I swam around in the water by myself. Logan came back and I told him what happened and he said that he wanted to punch him in the face.

We swam to the shore where my mom and Lainee were and I also told them and my mom decided it'd be best if we left.

So we did.
