Once they finished eating, the team took their leave, assuring Maya once again that she would be safe around them. Everyone left except for Hobi, who wanted to have a private discussion with Suga. Not wanting to bring it up while the others were around, he casually said, "I'll help Suga clean up."

Once the others had left, Suga led Maya to his bedroom and gently urged her to rest. "You'll be safe here with us," he assured her, his voice soft and sincere. "I'm sorry for not being there when you needed me."

Maya gave him a tired smile. "I'm fine, really," she said, though her eyes told a different story. "Go find Hobi. He's waiting for you." She lay down on his bed, the faint scent of Suga lingering in the sheets making her feel unexpectedly comfortable and secure.

In the kitchen, Hobi finished washing the dishes and cleaned up the dinner table. Suga returned, grabbing two beers from the fridge. Hobi, lost in his thoughts and unsure of how to broach the subject, accepted the beer with a nod.

Suga noticed Hobi's unease and gently encouraged him, "What's on your mind, Hobi? You can talk to me."

Hobi took a deep breath, his face reflecting the gravity of his concern. "What are your real feelings about Maya?" he asked, his voice steady but laden with emotion. "I don't want you to play with her feelings. She means a lot to me, and I can't stand the thought of her getting hurt."

Suga took a long sip of his beer, gathering his thoughts before responding. "Hobi, I would never mess with anyone's feelings," he began, his voice earnest and pained. "I know how I feel about Maya, and I want to protect her at all costs. After what happened today, I feel this overwhelming guilt for not being there for her. I want to tell her how I feel, but I'm scared. Scared that it might complicate things even more."

Hobi listened intently, his face softening with understanding. "I get that, Yoongi, but what about our rules? We're not supposed to be in relationships."

Suga sighed deeply, running a hand through his hair. "I know the rules, but my feelings for her are real. I've completely fallen for her. If we get into a relationship, we'll have to keep it a secret. It's tearing me apart inside, but I can't imagine walking away from her now."

Hobi looked at his friend, seeing the deep turmoil in his eyes. "Yoongi, it's complicated, but I'm here for you. We'll figure it out together. Just promise me you won't let her get hurt."

Suga nodded, his eyes glistening with unshed tears. "I promise, Hobi. I'll protect her no matter what."

Hobi reached out and hugged Suga, offering him a moment of comfort and solidarity. "We're in this together," he murmured, feeling the unspoken bond strengthen between them.

Just then, a chilling scream pierced the air from the bedroom. "Leave me, please!"

Both men sprang into action, their hearts pounding as they rushed to the bedroom where Maya lay. Suga's mind raced with fear as he flung open the door, finding Maya thrashing in the bed, caught in the grip of a nightmare. Her face was twisted in fear, and tears streamed down her cheeks.

"Maya, wake up!" Suga called out, gently shaking her. "It's just a dream. You're safe."

Maya jolted awake, gasping for breath. Her eyes darted around the room before focusing on Suga and Hobi, the fear slowly ebbing away as she realized where she was. She clung to Suga, her body trembling.

"It's okay, Maya. You're safe here," Suga murmured, holding her close, his own heart aching at her distress.

Hobi stood nearby, his expression a mix of deep concern and fierce protectiveness. "We're here for you, Maya. You're not alone," he said firmly, his voice a grounding force.

As Maya's breathing steadied, she looked up at them, her voice shaky but filled with gratitude. "Thank you. I don't know what I would do without you guys."

Suga and Hobi exchanged a look, a silent promise passing between them. They would do whatever it took to keep her safe. In that moment, they knew they were bound by more than just friendship; they were a family, and families protect each other no matter what.

Once Maya become normal, Hobi handed her a glass of water while Suga still held her close. As Hobi turned to leave, Suga gently stopped him.

"You should stay here; it's already late," Suga suggested.

Hobi sighed and replied, "Alright, I'll take the couch outside. You should rest too; we have a practice session and a commercial shoot tomorrow."

Suga nodded appreciatively. "Thanks, buddy, for supporting me."

"It's my duty," Hobi assured him with a warm smile. He glanced at Maya, took a deep breath, and quietly left the room.
