Our Little Miracle

Yoongi and Maya decided it was time to share the news with their families and the BTS members. They invited everyone over for a small gathering at their place, under the pretense of a casual dinner.

Maya was pacing nervously in the living room while Yoongi tried to calm her down. “Maya, relax,” he said, his voice soothing. “They’re going to be happy for us.”

“I know, I know,” Maya replied, taking a deep breath. “But I’m still nervous. This is big news.”

Yoongi walked over, wrapping his arms around her from behind and resting his chin on her shoulder. “We’ll do it together, okay? Just like we’ve done everything else.”

She leaned into him, finding comfort in his embrace. “Okay,” she whispered, nodding.

As the families settled into the living room, the BTS members were the last to arrive, bringing with them their usual energy and warmth. The room buzzed with excitement, everyone unaware of the surprise that was about to be revealed.

Yoongi, sitting beside Maya, took a deep breath and looked around at the people he cherished the most. “Thank you all for being here today,” he began, his voice calm but holding a hint of emotion. “We have something important to share with you all.”

Maya squeezed Yoongi’s hand, giving him a supportive nod. She was nervous but also excited to finally share their happiness with their loved ones.

Yoongi reached into his pocket and pulled out the neatly folded marriage certificate. “Maya and I… we’ve officially registered our marriage,” he announced, unfolding the paper and holding it up for everyone to see.

There was a moment of stunned silence as everyone processed the news, followed by an explosion of joy and congratulations. Maya’s parents were the first to rush forward, enveloping their daughter and son-in-law in warm hugs.

Maya’s mother wiped away tears of joy as she hugged them. “I’m so happy for both of you,” she said, her voice trembling with emotion.

Yoongi’s parents also came forward, their expressions filled with pride and happiness. Yoongi’s father clapped him on the back, his eyes misty. “You’ve made us so proud, son,” he said warmly.

As the BTS members gathered around, Jimin was the first to speak, his voice full of playful disbelief. “You two really did this without telling us?!” he exclaimed, but his wide grin betrayed how happy he was for them.

Jungkook was quick to pull both of them into a hug, his eyes sparkling with emotion. “Congratulations, hyung, noona,” he said softly, unable to hide the tears welling up in his eyes.

Hobi, always the emotional one, had tears streaming down his cheeks as he hugged Maya. “I’m so happy for you, Maya. You deserve all the happiness in the world,” he whispered, his voice choked with emotion.

V, Jin, and RM all joined in, offering their heartfelt congratulations and hugs, the room filled with laughter, tears, and warmth.

After the initial excitement settled, Yoongi exchanged a glance with Maya, silently asking if she was ready to share the second part of their news. Maya nodded, her heart pounding with anticipation.

“There’s one more thing,” Maya began, her voice steady but filled with emotion. She placed a hand gently on her belly, her eyes meeting those of her parents and Yoongi’s. “We’re also expecting a baby.”

The room fell silent for a split second before erupting in even louder cheers and exclamations. Maya’s mother let out a joyful cry, pulling her daughter into a tight embrace. “Oh, my dear, that’s wonderful news!” she exclaimed, her voice thick with tears.
