Unveiling Desire

"I am sorry for being late, Maya," Yoongi said formally, trying to mask his emotions.

"No worries, I know you're busy," Maya replied, composing herself as she felt the boys' curious stares. They both worked hard to maintain the secrecy of their relationship.

The boys welcomed Maya warmly and showed her to her room. "Take some rest, Maya," RM said with his signature dimpled smile.

"Sure, thank you," Maya smiled back.

"Suga's room is next to yours, and J-Hope's is just opposite, so if you need anything, just let them know," RM added, closing the door behind her.

As Maya explored her room, she felt a mix of excitement and nervousness. Standing near the balcony, she noticed Yoongi on his own balcony, as if he had been waiting for her. He smiled warmly, and her heart fluttered.

"Yoongi," Maya called out, trying to keep her voice steady.

"Finally, I see someone I was waiting for," Yoongi replied, reaching his hand towards her.

"I missed you so much, Mr. Meow. How are you? You look exhausted. I feel terrible that I can't help," Maya said, her face reflecting her concern.

"I'm all good now. Seeing my sweetie has re-energized me," Yoongi responded, blowing her a kiss.

Their tender moment was interrupted by the boys calling out from inside. "Hey, Maya! You settling in okay?" Jin shouted from the hallway.

"Yes, all good! Thanks, Jin!" Maya replied, turning back to Yoongi with a smile.

"Don't forget, if you need anything, we're all here," Jimin added, poking his head into her room.

"Thanks, Jimin. I'll be fine," Maya assured them.

Just then, the boys noticed the interaction between Maya and Yoongi. Hoseok peeked his head out onto Maya's balcony with a grin. "Hey, what are you two lovebirds up to?" he teased.

Maya laughed, a bit flustered. "Nothing, Hobi. Just catching up."

Jungkook leaned over from his balcony, smirking. "Sure, catching up, huh? Yoongi hyung, you look a lot happier all of a sudden."

Yoongi rolled his eyes playfully. "Ignore them, Maya. They're just jealous."

Namjoon appeared behind Jungkook, shaking his head with a smile. "Leave them be, guys. Let Maya settle in."

"Fine, fine," Taehyung said, joining the teasing. "But we all know who she's really here for."

"Enough, guys," Yoongi said, pretending to be stern. "Maya just got here. Let's give her a break."

"Alright, alright," Jin conceded. "But Maya, you owe us some quality time later."

"I promise," Maya said, laughing. "I'll catch up with all of you."

After everyone left, Yoongi whispered across the balconies, "Meet me in an hour? We can catch up properly."

"I'll be there," Maya replied, her heart light with anticipation.

Back inside, the boys regrouped and continued their banter. "So, Maya, how does it feel to be back with us crazies?" Taehyung asked with a playful grin.

"It feels like coming home," Maya said sincerely, her eyes lingering on Yoongi for just a moment longer.

Maya prepared to meet Yoongi, wanting to look her best for their long-awaited reunion. She applied a touch of lip gloss, a hint of kajal, and a small bindi, feeling a surge of excitement and nervousness. Meanwhile, Yoongi took a shower, his thoughts consumed by Maya. Seeing her after such a long time filled him with joy, but also a pang of frustration at not being able to openly express his love. "No doubt I look nice," he murmured, glancing at his reflection in the mirror.
