Ziddy had just gotten a phone call that something had happened at his restaurant,apparently his head chef had just passed away in the premises,the police were there so Ziddy had to go and see what the problem was.

"Yah come wid mi?"he asked,he was miserable that he had to leave right after we were having a moment.

"No mi ago look fi mi madda,"I said.

"Yuh sure?"he asked and i nodded.

Fi be honest mi no think mi can stomach no blood nor them things deh right now.

"Well come mek mi drop yuh off a yuh mada house...we cyah come back come look pon e house weekend,"he said and i went outside and into the car while he closed the doors,my head was spinning so that's why i came out and sat in the car.

In a few minutes he was outside and ready to leave,he pulled out of the driveway and went down the road just a few houses down to my mom's own. I gave him a kiss and then told him goodbye and he said to tell my mom hi.

I opened the gate and made my way to the front door. I was met by Kayanno's little scream running towards me and giving me a hug.

"Lia!...mommy Lia come!"he shouted and I laughed lifting him up.

"A so yuh heavy Ian,"I said.

My mom was in the backyard and when i went around there i wasn't too surprised to see that she had company,one of my aunts one that i didn't specifically like...she cyah chat people yuh fuvk.

"Evening,"i said shifting Ian to my hip.

"Lia mi just did a talk bout yuh mi niece...how yuh do?... from yuh come back from farrin yuh not even come look fimi,"she said coming to hug me.

But see yah..weh she expect mi fi a do walk roun and announce seh mi come back from farrin.

"Mi did kinda busy aunty,"i said cracking a small smile as she hugged me.

"Lia how yuh neva tell mi seh yah come ova,"my mom said.

"Mi neva know seh mi woulda deh ova yahso either...mi just did deh nearby and decide fi come look fi yuh,"i said not going to tell my business for aunty Lisa to hear.

But her attention was on something else,my hand that was supporting Ian's leg on my hip.

"But mi niece how yuh neva tell mi seh yuh married...a when dis yah happen,"she said and i sighed softly.

My mom wasn't enjoying how my aunt was being so nosy either and by her expression i knew she wanted something to happen for her to leave.

We didn't have to wait long before i heard some noise at the front,all three of us with Ian on my side went around to the front,to see Dan Dan,my aunt's common law husband.

He was a drunkie as us Jamaicans would say and usually spent all his money that he worked at the gogo shop around the road. On top of that he was very abusive especially when he was drunk which was almost all the time,he barely wants Auntie Lisa to leave the house assuming that she was going to some other man's house,due to his attitude and the abusive household my favourite cousin died 10 years taking her own life.

There he was standing on the gate pounding it with a piece of steel.

"Lisa!...mi no tell yuh fi no come out a the bloodclaat yaad!...open e gate mek mi come mash up har face!"he shouted drawing attention to us in this quiet neighborhood.

"Dan Dan...mek yuh no go home,"my mom said upset as she saw how scared Auntie Lisa looked.

"Weh the fuvk Lisa deh my girl mi want har fi come gimme some pussy!"he shouted laughing and staggering with the piece of steel in his hand.
