~Chapter 3~

"Chan is gonna kill us," Changbin worriedly said, putting his head in his hands.

"No, Chan's gonna kill you. I said nothing," Han said as they walked to the living room. "You know what??" he excitedly said, letting an idea come to him. "We should blindfold him when we get there. Wouldn't that be romantic??"

"Romantic?!?. A little terrifying."

"No, it'll be cute. I know Minho Hyung has some in his room," Han smiled as he looked over to his room.

"Oh, I bet," he laughed. Han just ignored him as he went to Minho's room to look. Changbin stayed on the couch, watching his phone while he waited for Chan's text.

"Okay, when are we supposed to leave??" Seungmin asked as he exited the bathroom. Dressed as the perfect golden retriever boyfriend. Perfect and Pristine.

"When Chan sends the text," Changbin replied, raising his phone up to him.

"I'll grab my coat."

"Okay," Changbin said, turning back to his phone. Han joined him on the couch, shyly smiling from ear to ear. "What did you do in there??" he continued to ask.

"Nothing," Han quickly said, stuffing the blindfold in his back pocket.

"Oh, he's ready," he said, looking at the incoming text from Chan. "Seungmin, you ready," he yelled out to him.

"Yes," he said, coming out with his jacket on. The two smiled at him as they stood from the couch, watching him walk towards them. He wasn't fully aware, but it was such a beautiful thing Chan had planned for him—just perfect for the two of them.

The three left the dorm, heading downstairs to the car parked out front. Changbin was driving for them.

"Are you nervous??" Han asked Seungmin, looking over his seat at him sitting in the back.

"What, no, I'm not," he quickly replied, totally failing to conceal his nervousness.

"Don't be," Han said, clearly not buying his answer, returning his attention back to the road.

"I'm not," he continued to say, trying to convince himself more than Han. He leaned into the door, staring out the window. Still trying to come up with any theory of where he was being taken. But at this point, he didn't care about what was planned; he just wanted to see Chan. "The beach," Seungmin quietly mumbled to himself as they concluded their unexpectedly long drive.

"There's one more thing," Han said, pulling the blindfold out of his pocket.

"A blindfold? Why??"

"It's what Chan wants," he smiled brightly at him, way more excited than he should be as he dangled it in front of him.

"No, it's not," Changbin said lowly as he looked for a parking spot.

"Yes, it is," Han insisted, speaking louder than him.

"Oh right," Changbin agreed, nodding his head.

After Changbin finished parking, the three got out. Han was still way too excited to put the blindfold on him. Then, they walked him cautiously down to Chan. Who sat waiting for them.

"Why is he blindfolded??" Chan questioned them. All three of them stopped at his tone, standing right in front of Chan.

"They said that's what you wanted," Seungmin loudly said, pulling his arm away and pulling the blindfold down around his neck. His body froze, any anger he was about to have suppressed. "Hyung," he softly said, walking over to him. Kneeling on the blanket, all nicely set up on a secluded part of the sand. Chan smiled up at him, sitting in the middle of the blanket.

"We'll leave you be," Changbin smiled, pulling Han away with him.

"What's all this??" Seungmin continued to ask.

"I wanted to do something to take your mind off work,"

"You didn't have to do all of this," he said, looking at the most beautiful setup, taking it all in. Nothing could have prepared him for it. The bright fairy lights twinkled as they threaded around the blanket. Which was perfectly positioned to see the soon-set sun. The different assortment of blankets and pillows piled beside him for their comfort. The basket he could only assume was filled with the most delicious food items. And the man who did all of this, all for him. It was a dream; it sure felt like such.

"Yes, I did," he softly said, putting his hands on his waist and pulling him into his lap." I'll do anything for you. I love to see you happy," he continued softly, repeatedly kissing his forehead.

"Thank you," Seungmin muffled, throwing his body into his and burying his face in his chest.

"Always," he said, hugging him back. "Let's see what's in the basket," he giggled at him, kissing the top of his head before attempting to pull away from his tight grip.

"Okay," he reluctantly turned, still leaning against his chest as he sat in his lap, still keeping his arms wrapping around his neck. And softly pecking the exposed space cutely.

"Minho packed it," Chan said, being just as in the dark about the selections.

"Did everyone help??" he softly laughed.

"Yup. Jeongin got all the blankets and pillows, and Hyunjin set it all up. Cozy, he said."

"Remind me to thank them later."

Chan pulled the basket towards the two as he started to open it. Slightly struggling with his other arm wrapped around Seungmin's waist, he didn't want to move away from him. But he didn't mind; he was more worried about the repetitive soft kisses Seungmin kept giving him along his neck. How soft his hands were around his neck, the slight shifting in his lap—it was all very distracting.
