~Chapter 2~

The next morning, Seungmin woke up curled under the blankets in Chan's bed. He reflexively reached over for the older, completely forgetting they didn't go to bed together. He sighed as he sat up, playfully ruffing his messy bed hair as he looked around the dimed room. The sunlight barely peeked through the black curtain; the older insisted he hang over his window.

He gently brought his legs over the edge of the bed; he was fighting himself to get up. He'd like to blame it all on his tiredness, but the real reason was because he wasn't ready to face Chan. He heard him the night before..before he went to bed. He heard his 'Good night' and 'I love you'. It took just about everything in him not to get up and go to him.

He finally stood, stretching his long legs and arms as he walked to his door. He took another quick breath as he opened the door and walked out to the living room. "Aw hyung," he softly whispered as he saw him on the couch, curled up, holding a pillow against his chest. Now, he felt guiltier than he already was. He quickly ran back to his room, pulling the comforter off the bed before returning to him.

"I'm so sorry," he regretfully remorsed as he pulled the fabric over him. He tucked it around him, careful not to wake him up as he kneeled in front of him. He raised his hand for his face and moved the few stray hairs from his eyes. "I love you too," he softly whispered as his hand cupped his cheek, brushing his thumb against the space. He blinked as a small tear fell down his cheek before he leaned up and gently kissed him, quickly pulling back so he wouldn't wake him up.

He softly sniffled, wiping away the tears as he cleared his throat and walked to the kitchen to make breakfast for him. It was small and definitely not enough, but he figured he'd at least try. He wasn't an ace at cooking, but he was confident he knew more than Changbin, which was enough encouragement in his eyes. He searched the cabinets and fridge for some items that would work for him, successfully finding a few things. Especially eggs, they both really loved fried eggs.

He tried to keep as quiet as possible for Chan and Jeongin, assuming he was still asleep also. He finished halfway through when he heard Jeongin's door open. He looked over, watching the younger sluggishly walk over to him. Seungmin quickly brought his finger to his lip, silencing him as he pointed to Chan, who was still sleeping on the couch with his other hand. Jeongin scoffed as he saw him before leaning over the kitchen counter.

"You really made him sleep on the couch in his own dorm," he lightly laughed, still half asleep.

"I didn't make him do anything," Seungmin defended, but he knew it was his fault.

"Whatever," he shook his head as he reached for a piece of bacon off the plate.

"Leave my breakfast alone," he softly shouted as he smacked his hand before he could grab one.

"Why not?? There's so much," Jeongin argued as he rubbed his stinging hand.

"It's for Hyung," Seungmin firmly said, grabbing the plate and moving it to the other counter.

"And Hyung would want to share. It's just one piece, come on," Jeongin softly asked again. "What if I told you, I told him not to go."

"You did what," Seungmin questioned as he turned back to him.

"Last night, hyung asked me if something was up with you, and I told him just not to go today," Jeongin calmly added.

"You didn't..you know to tell him..I was jealous," he quietly asked, afraid Chan would hear if he suddenly decided to wake.

"Of course not," he laughed. "I just told him not to go," he repeated. "Now, can I have a piece??" he begged, looking past him at the plate. Seungmin laughed, quickly grabbing the plate and pushing it before him.
