I turned my head to look at Zion who is now standing not far away from me.

"Are you okay?" Base sa boses nito ang pag-alala.

Tumango ako at tumingin sa harap ko, "Probably."

Naramdaman kong naglakad ito palapit sa akin at umupo sa tabi ko.

I'm looking at the two older patients na nasa hindi kalayuan sa harap namin, being sweet with each other.

Napabuntong hininga ako dahil sa mga nalalaman ko about sa sarili ko.

"Actually.. akala ko talaga na napunta lang ako sa loob ng online story na nabasa ko na ang title ay My Lily," panimula ko.

I heard him hold his breath.

I mumbled, "I always thought I'm not that rich, anak lang ako ng mag-asawa na may-ari ng isang convenience store and my dear friend, Sanny is also my co-worker. Akala ko, I'm just that ordinary girl, a fresh graduate from college. And the Sanny over there likes to read the online story of 'My Lily' na ang mga bida ay sina Lily Sanchez and.. Carlo Ville. Anyway, i thought ahe made me read that online story but i was wrong."

"What about me? Am i included in that story?" I heard him asked, but i can feel his voice getting heavier.

"Yeah," sagot ko. "Actually, you're the biggest villain."

Hindi ito umimik but i can hear him chuckle.

He refuted, "Good thing it's just your dream then."

I can feel my cheeks reddened while I tried to make my heart beats slowly.

"Anyways.. that dream feels surreal talaga. I really thought totoo lahat iyon," I blurted.

"Sabi ni Jim, ang nasa isip mo before you passed out ay ang mga scenarios ng favorite book mo. You're also depressed because of that man-- and his girlfriend kaya you mixed your dreams and the reality," paliwanag ni Zion.

"I'm not depressed!" depensa ko.

"Then what? Bakit naging lead characters ang mga taong iyon?"

I held my breath as i stared at those lovely old couples, hugging each other.

"I want to reject Carlo but when i want to tell him that, biglang tumunog yung phone ko kaya umalis muna ako to answer it. Si Sanny lang naman kasi ang tumawag sa akin and told me that Carlo had a girlfriend named Lily Sanchez," ani ko.

"And then what?"

"Noong bumalik ako, i was about to tell him that when he suddenly said cheers for our relationship!" naiinis kong sabi.

"Tsk. You should have told me from the very beginning of that day you two meet," anito.

Napabuntong hininga ako, "I didn't know may nilagay na pala siyang medisina sa baso ko. Good thing, dad's driver took me away from that restaurant at inuwi ako and i didn't woke up from that."

"Always attracting weirdos everywhere," biglang sambit ng katabi ko kaya nagdilim ang tingin at lumingon sa kaniya.

"What are you talking about!?"

"Am i wrong? You attract that man-- then his cousin!" anito.

Hindi tuloy ako makasagot sa sinabi niya. Kasi totoo naman. Jake Ville which is Carlo Ville's cousin. Bunch of nothing.

"..Is it my fault to be this beautiful?" I playfully said while staring at him.

I saw how his eyes widened and when i traveled my sight down to his sharp nose, those sweet kissable lips, to his sexy jaw and i saw how his throat rolled down which i find it very sexy.
