Rules:

Manager Responsibilities: Managers are selected by the group and are required to inspect, communicate, and manage each department. They must work like any other member, with some exceptions.

Food Distribution:

Priority System: Food distribution will be based on the needs and contributions of each department, adjusted for food reserve levels classified as red, yellow, and green.

Hruday hesitated on how to explain the whole food distribution concept. His priorities were fighters first or workers first, depending on the situation, then children and women, and then the elderly.
