Lia rubbed her eight-month belly, enjoying her dinner with the Luke family. The ambiance was tense but familiar, as it often was at the Luke's estate. East sat next to her, feeding their young son. She tried to catch a glimpse of their child's face, but the room seemed blurry, and details slipped through her perception.
Suddenly, a loud argument erupted at the head of the table. Mrs. Evelyn Luke, East's mother, was glaring furiously at her husband, Frank.
"Easton, all of this could have been avoided if you did what I told you to do!" she yelled across the table at her son. The room's atmosphere thickened with the weight of unspoken grievances and simmering tensions.
Lia felt paralyzed, unable to move from her chair as the argument escalated. She no longer heard the words, just the rising cadence of anger and accusation. The next moment, a deafening pop echoed through the room, making her ears ring. Blood splattered across her face, and she felt even more immobilized. She looked up, heart pounding, and saw the gun aimed directly at her. Her eyes darted to her left, desperate to see her husband's face.
Before she could process any further, Lia woke up with a jolt, drenched in cold sweat. "Oh my God!" she exclaimed, her breath coming in short, panicked gasps. Her hands instinctively flew to her stomach, which was still flat. She was only ten weeks pregnant. The nightmare had felt so real, so visceral.
"You alright, babe?" East asked from beside her, his voice thick with concern. He was now fully awake, sensing something was wrong.
"I'll be okay," Lia replied, her voice trembling as she slid out of bed to use the restroom. It was 5 a.m., and the house was cloaked in a deep, uneasy silence.
When she returned, East was sitting up, his gaze fixed on her. "Why are you up?" she asked, trying to mask her lingering fear with a sleepy tone.
"What's going on with us?" East's voice was soft but filled with worry. He was happy about the baby, but their family's circumstances weighed heavily on them both.
Lia lay back down, staring at the ceiling. "I don't know. I thought I could trust you-I do trust you-but our parents make everything difficult. This life is difficult," she whispered.
East reached out, pulling her close. "I really care about you, Lia. I'll do everything in my power to protect you," he assured her, his voice earnest.
"What do we need to do to get out of this life? We can move far away from all this," Lia suggested, her voice filled with a desperate hope.
East sighed deeply, the weight of their reality pressing down on him. "I can't even think about that right now, but I promise you and the kids will be safe," he said, kissing her forehead gently.
"Kids?" Lia questioned, a small smile forming on her lips despite the situation.
"Yes, kids. We'll have about six," East laughed, trying to lighten the mood.
"Oh no, you're barely home as it is," Lia pouted, playfully swatting his arm.
"I'm sorry about that, babe. I'm sorry about everything. I know this wasn't the life you wanted, but let's just make the best of it," East said, his eyes locking onto hers. He loved looking into the depths of her hazel eyes, finding solace there.
They shared a passionate kiss, the world outside momentarily forgotten. Lia longed for his touch, needing the comfort and connection they provided each other amidst the chaos of their lives.
East rubbed her thick thighs, starting to remove her panties with his finger. Lia giving him assistance by lifting her leg up. Yearning for his touch, East slipped out his briefs already hard due to morning wood. As lia lay on her side he slipped inside her catching her off guard. "Ouu wait .." Lia moan lowly. East wasted no time, "damnn ma, shit" he moaned in her ear as he kissed her neck. "Baby oh my god -" Lia barely could speak.
East begin to choke her he didn't want tap out too fast, but he could barely hold on. "Cum for me" as he continue to hit Lia spot. She was on verge of squirting little did he know. "Babe - please omg" her body began to tremble she no longer could control herself. "Cum on my dick, just like that," East no longer could hold back as he released inside her. "Shit you got some good stuff you know that?" East spoke making Lia laugh as the two held onto each other and watch the sunrise.
The first light of dawn barely seeped through the heavy curtains of the Gotti mansion's dining room. Maria Gotti sat hunched over the polished mahogany table, a cigarette trembling in her hand. The smoke curled around her face, a gray veil hiding her tear-streaked cheeks. She hadn't touched a cigarette in years, not since she had promised John she would quit. But this morning was different.
John Gotti walked into the room, his presence filling the space with an imposing calm. He poured himself a drink, the clink of the glass and splash of liquid unnervingly loud in the stillness. He looked at his wife, noting the cigarette, and a frown tugged at his lips. "You put the cigarettes down a long time ago. What's going on?"
Maria's hand shook as she took another drag, exhaling slowly. "I messed up," she whispered, her voice breaking. "I messed up."
John sat across from her, his eyes narrowing with a mix of curiosity and concern. He knew about her past affair with Frank Luke, but he sensed this was something different, something worse. "What is it, Maria?" he asked, trying to keep his voice steady.
Maria took a deep breath, tears welling in her eyes. "I had a child at 16," she began, her voice barely audible. "My mom and dad didn't approve of his father or our relationship. Our neighbor was a newlywed and having trouble conceiving a child. So after I gave birth to my son, my parents allowed them to adopt him. I watched him grow up a little, used to babysit him, but after a while, they moved away. They thought it was best."
John was stunned. He had always believed that Lia was their only child. The news hit him like a punch to the gut. "Who is his father, Maria?" he asked, his voice calm but laced with an underlying menace.
Maria's silence only fueled his anger. "Answer me!" he shouted, standing up and throwing his chair across the room. The crash echoed through the house, a harbinger of the storm brewing within him.
"Just tell me, Maria," he pleaded, his voice softer now but no less intense. "You already don't love me or want to be in this marriage anymore, which is fine, but now our daughter is married off. What else is there to hide?"
Maria's resolve crumbled under the weight of his words. "Frank," she admitted, her voice a broken whisper. "Frank is his father. My father disapproved of us. I got pregnant, and Frank left me. After I gave birth, he started dating other girls. We reconnected at 18. He was my first love, but I love you, John. You gave me a better life and a beautiful baby girl."
John's face twisted with a mix of rage and betrayal. "So you knew all this time and then agreed to the arranged marriage for our child, just to be close to him again?" he shouted, stepping closer to her. "You gonna end up in a ditch just like him," he hissed, his voice low and menacing.
Maria flinched at his words, her tears flowing freely now. She watched as John stormed out of the room, leaving her alone at the table. The cigarette burned down to the filter, forgotten in her trembling fingers.
