Joey's POV
I help Lexis fix her picture frame Kitty helped her make. After about an hour we got it together and looking almost like it use to. After she put it in her room, we sat on the porch and ate ice cream. Soon Logan and James came out. Lexis just glared at them. "Honey," Logan said. "We're sorry that we broke your picture frame." She glared at James.
"I'm sorry too." He said quickly. "And we'll do something to make up for it." He said and she looked at me with a devilish grin.
"What ever your planning, I want in." I said and she laughed.
"I was going to ask you that." She said and stood up. "Dad you can take us on a shopping sprea and James...I'll think of yours later. And Dad, you paying for it." He looked shocked. "And don't worry, I won't buy any shirts like my pink one." He nodded.
"Alright, when will we got?" He asked.
"Today." I said and Lexis nodded. "I need new shoes and a couple pairs of pants." With that, Logan took us to the mall. We went to everystore there and bought many things, which we made Logan carry. After about fifty bags, we went back home. I put my things away and Logan layed down on our bed. I came over and layed next to him. "Want me to rub your back?" He took off his shirt and rolled onto his stomach. As I rubbed his back, Lexis came in crying. "What's wrong, honey?" She threw herself at me and sobbed into my shoulder. "Drake?" She nodded and cried harder.
"H-h-h-he."
"Shhh, honey, you don't have to tell me." I said. Logan sat next to us and Lexis grabbed him. So he hugged us just as James came in with a black eye. "And what happened to you?" I asked.
"I saw Lexis crying and went straight to Drake. He called her a slut and I punched him. He punched me back but before I could do anything, Grandpa cut in." He said. Logan got up but Lexis threw herself at him.
"D-d-d-d-" She sobbed into his chest.
"Its ok, honey." He pulled her onto her lap and held her close. She barried her face into his neck and wrapped her arms around her neck. "I guess I'll have to deal with him later." He said.
"Can I kick his ass now?" James asked and Lexis nodded. Before he could leave, Dad came in.
"Sorry, James, I know how much you'd like to, but he's no longer here." He said.
"You kicked him out?" James asked.
"No, he ran off." Dad said.
"Damn, I was really looking forward to it." He said and sat next to Logan. "Hey, Dad. Can I barrow the mustang?"
"No." He said.
"Please, I know something that will cheer Lexis up and she loves riding in it." He said. Logan rolled his eyes and Lexis gave him the puppy dog look.
"Don't look at me like that, besides your surpose to be crying." He said and hugged her.
"P-please D-d-daddy." She said with a couple sobs. He sighed then nodded.
"Fine, but-" James cut him off.
"No scratches or I'm paying for a new paint job and wear seatbelts." He said and Lexis gigled.
"T-took the w-words right o-out of your m-mouth?" She asked and Logan nodded.
"Yeah, and your not leaving until you can stop crying." He said and she tightened her grip around his neck.
"I love you, Daddy." She looked at him and he smiled.
"Love you, too, honey." He said and they left. Logan grabbed me and pulled me on his lap. "Hey, baby, you busy tonight?" He asked and started to nible on my earlobe.
