Thinking I need to change my username to 'AngstWriter'.

Surrera fans, I am so sorry for what I'm about to do. I'm re-watching the show right now and ideas are just popping in my mind. I think season 4(up until the last episode) is honestly the peak of the show despite how heavy it is. Season 5 felt off since Andy was at 23 and other reasons idk how to describe. Season 6(the last half of the episodes at least) passed my vibe check and then season 7 felt rushed and we all know it was nowhere near long enough for the last season of the show even though there were moments of it that I really liked :( Also, this is what happens when I'm tipsy and awake at 5 am lol.

Based on Season 4 Episode 5.

Andy and Robert had just finished having sex in his old office. Andy smiling like a goof. She was so happy. She was so glad to know it was okay to be with Robert. She was grateful his sponsor gave Robert his blessing to go and be with his wife and Andy was overjoyed to be able to kiss him again. To hold him again. To make love to him again. It had been a lonely month and a half, and she was so glad she could be with him again. Just the thought still had her smiling.

"We should probably get to the party at Maya's. I'm sure they're wondering where we are." Robert told her.

Andy raised an eyebrow. "You're the one that's made us late, Robert Sullivan." Andy chuckled, putting her shirt back on.

"I don't even feel the slightest bit of guilt over it, babe." Robert pulled Andy into a kiss, grabbed her hand and the bag of snacks, and rushed to the car. He knew they were late and while he held no guilt, he knew that the team would be wondering where they were just as he joked before.

It took them a few minutes to drive to Maya's and when they did, they saw all the cop cars and ran over. They got caught up on what was happening.

"I'm going in with you," Robert told Dean as they rushed into the house.

"Robert, no!" Andy called out, not wanting her husband to get hurt or possibly worse in that house. Andy watched helplessly as she waited for Robert to come out while everyone else was moving around her, Travis helping with a hose while Vic was preparing to help anyone who was injured by getting into protective medical gear when an aid car and firetruck from 88 got there.

Andy watched Dean and Robert carry out the two girls and set them down. Andy rushed to the firetruck, grabbed a bottle of oxygen for Robert and went over to him. She held the mask to his face, looked over him and saw a burn on his arm. They talked about treating it when the situation calmed down.

Andy and Robert were putting gear away in 88's truck when they heard the yelling. They ran over and saw Joyce getting slammed onto the police car and Dean being tackled and handcuffed.

Andy got by the police officer. "What are you doing? He just saved those girls!" Andy tried to say but no one was listening. She was getting closer when she felt a hand collide with her neck and she got knocked down, hitting the back of her head on the ground. Robert saw and pushed over the cop. Three officers quickly pulled out their guns and a shot rang out. Andy's eyes flashed back to Ryan getting shot before she saw Robert falling and ran over to him, ignoring the pain in her head. She quickly put pressure on the wound, her mind going back in forth between having to do this with Ryan and now trying to save Robert.

"Robert, hang on. Please hang on, baby." Andy begged.

Andy held pressure on the wound for what seemed like forever when another aid car arrived, and they loaded Robert into the aid car. One of the paramedics took over holding pressure and Andy just sat there, holding his hand. She just sat there, numb. No tears fell. No words were spoken. She just sat there, seemingly forever when they came to a stop.

Andy jumped out first, helping lower down the gurney before following them into the ER where she saw Meredith and Miranda starting to work on her husband while a resident pulled her to the waiting room.

Andy went numb at the hospital. No one could get her to talk. Vic sat beside her, holding her hand, trying to see if she needed anything but Andy just looked down at her blood-covered hands. She suddenly stood up and rushed to a bathroom to get the blood off before walking slowly back to the waiting area.

Dr. Grey and Dr. Bailey came out to talk to her about an hour later and she got déjà vu to when they told her that her dad was sick. Andy got up and walked away from the group to talk to the doctors. "Andy..." Meredith started, and Andy felt her heart drop. "There was nothing they could do." Meredith tried to put a hand on Andy's arm, but she flinched and backed away.

"Can see him one last time," Andy asked, voice breaking. – The doctors nod and Meredith shows Andy where Robert's room is. – Andy didn't bother to tell anyone what was going on and just followed Meredith. – "I'll give you a few minutes, Herrera." Meredith told her but Andy was just focused on the man she loved being in the hospital bed. Meredith asked if she could update the rest of the team on what was going on and when Andy nodded, she left the room and closed the door behind her.

Andy and the team left the hospital shortly after to go to the police station to get Dean out. Andy was sitting on the steps, away from everyone. She had her eyes closed but got flashes of the events that had happened. First Joyce. Then Dean. And then her husband got shot. Andy closed her eyes again after having them open for a moment, trying to block out the memories but it didn't work, and she felt her eyes water and tears fall. Soon her body shook with full sobs.

Everyone was talking amongst themselves when Vic looked over to Andy and saw her body shaking. She quickly walked over to her and bent down to look at her. When she saw the pure heartbreak in her eyes. She pulled her into a hug and that's when Andy really let herself come undone. She sobbed loudly, not being able to control it. The last person in her life that could make her feel something other than pain was now gone.

The rest of the team watched Vic run over to Andy and pull her into her arms while Dean and Maya were coming out of the building. Dean. Obviously, hadn't been at the hospital, so he didn't know what happened, but Maya didn't either since she was preoccupied with getting Dean out. They hugged everyone before asking where Andy and Vic were. Travis pointed to the left where Vic was still holding a sobbing Andy.

"What happened?" Dean asked.

Everyone looked at each other. Jack swallowed and looked from Maya to Dean. "Robert's dead."

The team watched as Andy pulled away from Vic and wiped her tears away. They saw her say something to Vic and then ran away.

"I can't be here anymore." Andy shook her head, tears continuing to fall despite her best efforts to stop them. She started to slowly back up after looking at the team. "Death follows me, Vic. Get away while you can."
