I was so against this plan

I was so against this plan. I was even more against this plan when my eyes set foot on Eichen House. Stiles' eyes met mine, and he knew what I was thinking - I think part of him was thinking it too. I know he's terrified to go in there, but he doesn't have much of a choice. I know if the nogitsune were in me, I'd do the same so I can't blame him for wanting to do this.

We then hear Scott's motorcycle pull up besides us, and Scott climbs off, pulling his helmet off and rushing toward us.

He looks between the three of us. "Why didn't you tell me?"

"Because we wanted to avoid something like this." My dad tells him.

"It's only 72 hours." Stiles adds.

"This is the same place where Barrow came from - the guy who had a tumour inside him filled with flies." Scott reminds us, before looking at me dad. "You don't know everything yet."

"I know enough - Nogitsune's, kitsune's, oni or whatever they're called." My dad answers and I tilt my head realising everything he said was actually right.

"Wow, that was actually all surprisingly correct." Stiles shares my surprise.

"Scott, I saw an MRI that looked exactly like my wife's. And it terrifies me." My father tells him and I swallow roughly. "I'm headed to L.A. tomorrow to talk to a specialist."

"Then why are you putting him in here?" Scott questions him.

"He's not." Stiles speaks, and Scott turns his head to face him. "It was my decision."

"Stiles I can't help you if you're in here, neither of us can." Scott tells him, referring to me.

"And I can't hurt any of you." My brother defends, this conversation now mirroring one that we had had just hours ago.

Scott shakes his head. "Deaton's got some ideas, Argent's calling people. We're gonna find something, and if we can't-"

"If you can't...if you can't have to do something for me," Stiles then leans forward to Scott. "make sure I never get out."

My dad then gesture's us to go inside and I give Scott a sympathetic look before following after the two past the gate to Eichen. The last time I had been here, I had lost control of my powers and blew up an entire room, and almost caused an earthquake. I was slightly hoping something of that nature wouldn't happen ever again.

As we stepped inside the building, a chill ran down my spine. The air was thick with an unsettling silence, punctuated only by the distant, muffled sounds of patients shuffling about or muttering to themselves. The walls were a drab grey, lined with dim, flickering lights that cast eerie shadows, making the place feel more like a haunted house than a medical facility.

I glanced around, taking in the sight of various patients. One man, his hair disheveled and eyes wide with a haunted look, rocked back and forth in a chair, muttering incoherently to himself. His hands twisted and wrung a piece of cloth that looked like it might have once been a blanket. Another patient, a woman with wild, tangled hair and a vacant expression, stared blankly at a wall, occasionally letting out a low, guttural laugh that sent shivers down my spine.
