"What happened with Rush, sweetheart?" Mom probed as she took my hand.
"I want a explanation for my dress, young lady."
"Shut it Roxy, that ugly damn dress isn't important. Now I'm warning the rest of you, no interruptions," I fought the urge to grin at the chastised looks on their faces.
"Rush said that dad traded me for peace between our clubs."
"Oh hun, and you ya believe him?"
"The reasons he gave are flaws dad complains about," I jutted my chin out in disgust.
"What did he accuse your dad of saying?" Mom gently gripped my chin and stared into my eyes.
"It doesn't matter, everyone's heard him say them. All that matters to me is whether dad really traded me, as if I'm a bolt or screw."
"Are ya gonna confront dad, sis 'cause that's him pullin' in," West jerked his thumb behind him.
I glanced past him to discover dad and a Crossroad Demon parking their bikes. After they removed their helmets, I gasped.
"What's the point in confronting him, when he's buddy-buddy with Rush's dad?" I gestured with my palms facing upward.
"If you're not then I will. Last I checked you're my daughter too, and this isn't the middle ages. I'll be damned if I don't put that husband of mine in his place," mom rose from her seat, but I jerked her back down.
"There's no point in confronting dad, especially after what I did to Rush," I snickered as leaned back in the chair.
"Should I even ask?" Mom sighed as she placed a hand over her face.
"Tell us!" Gin leaned forward over the table.
"Tell me you used that that vial of Rohypnol," West grinned while side-eyeing our mom.
"You gave your sister what?"
"Chill ma, I only gave it incase Rush acted pervy, an' looks like he deserved it."
"I guess so... Now explain," mom turned to me and glared down her nose at me.
"While Rush took a phone call, I gave him three full droppers of the Rohypnol. Thankfully I didn't have to wait long for it to take affect. As once he returned he gulped his entire glass down. The waiter was sympathetic that he carried Rush to the car for me. After I drove off I came across a school and had the idea of dropping him there..."
"And did you? Don't keep us in suspense!" Gin's eyes widened as she gripped the table.
"I yanked him onto the concrete and took off his clothes." Gin and West howled with laughter.
