SOORI
Elijah and I have been dating for a month. Today is our one month anniversary. We started dating June seventh. Today is July seventh. Elijah is taking me to 'Quince', the restaurant Noah works at. I'm wearing black, straight leg jeans and a forest green top. It's long sleeved and has a square neck. I'm wearing a silver necklace that my mom gifted me. It has a red colored charm, my mother's favorite color.
I curled my hair and put on a little more makeup than I usually do. I didn't want to dress too classy. I sent Elijah a picture of my outfit about an hour ago, and he said my outfit was good. It's basic, but I'm not underdressed. 5:49 PM. I clean up my desk and get up from my chair. Suddenly, my phone lights up.

I smile at my phone before I lock it. I stick my phone in my back pocket and look around the room. Do I have everything? Phone? Check. Keys? Check. Wallet? Check.
I leave my bedroom and walk down the stairs. I told my dad and brothers about Elijah. Dad was excited, San and Jae not that much. But they were happy that I am happy, and that's all that matters to me.
Dad was reading the newspaper at the dinner table, Jae was watching TV and San was beside him, playing games on his phone. "Ready for your date?" Dad asks as he looks up at me from his glasses. "Yes, all ready. Elijah will be here to pick me up in ten minutes." I sit down in the chair opposite from my dad and waited for Elijah to ring the doorbell.
"You look very pretty with your hair like this, Soo." Dad tells me as he closes the newspaper. "Thanks, dad." I smiled. I usually don't curl my hair, but I wanted to at least look a little special tonight. Jae walks past, going to the kitchen. He comes back with a glass of water. He pauses in front of me. "Since when do you wear lipstick?" He asks, frowning. "I don't. Just on special occasions like these." I was wearing lipstick. I'm wearing a matte pink color. I haven't worn lipstick in a very long time. "All special for Elijah, hm?" He sits down in the seat next to me and places his glass on the table. "I don't do this every time I meet him, just on more special dates." I run my fingers through my hair, separating the curls.
Eventually, doorbell rings. I get up from my chair and check if I have everything one more time. Once everything is checked, I tell my family goodbye. "I'll be home soon. I love you guys!" I said as I slowly close the door to the hallway behind me. "Love you!" I hear my family say. I fully close the door. I slip into my shoes and put on a black bomber jacket. I open the door, revealing a perfect looking Elijah.
Black jeans, a black blouse, rolled up sleeves revealing his muscular arms, a gold watch on his left arm, pretty curls, sparkling eyes and a bright smile. I've never seen someone this gorgeous. "Hi, Soori." He smiles down at me. "Hi..." I softly say, still mesmerized by his beauty. "You look so pretty, baby." He rests his hands on my hips. "Thank you...You too, Eli." I wrap my arms around his neck and pull him a little closer. He chuckles before presses his lips onto mine. The kiss doesn't last long, but it felt so good. I wipe my lipstick off of his mouth.
