Isla's Pov
The next morning, I woke up in Leah's arms, feeling the warmth and security of our newfound connection. I looked at Leah, who was still asleep, her face peaceful and serene. I couldn't help but smile, feeling a wave of happiness wash over me. I lifted my head to place light kisses across Leah's jaw. I wanted to stay in this moment forever.
Isla: "Good morning, sunshine," I whispered softly, brushing a strand of hair from Leah's face.
Leah stirred, her eyes slowly opening. When she looked over to me, a smile spread across her face.
Leah: "Good morning, beautiful."
We laid there for a few more moments, enjoying the quiet intimacy of the morning. Before getting up to face the day when Leah's alarm went off for us to get ready for training. I felt a renewed sense of purpose and determination. I knew that our relationship was strong, but she also knew that they would face challenges, both on and off the field.

The team was lounging in the common room, laughing and chatting about everything from Beth's dog's to the latest Netflix series. The atmosphere was relaxed and filled with camaraderie.
Katie: "Has anyone seen my phone charger? I swear it was right here," Katie said, rummaging through the cushions of the couch.
Beth: "Katie, you lose that thing every day. Maybe you should attach it to your hip," Beth teased.
Viv: "Or just buy a new one, like a normal person," Viv added with a smirk.
Alessia: "Who's up for a movie night tonight? I'm thinking we will watch that new horror film," she suggested, eyes gleaming with excitement.
Steph: "Only if you promise not to scream and wake everyone up," Steph replied, rolling her eyes.
Leah and Isla exchanged a look, silently agreeing to take a moment for themselves away from the chaos of the chill room. They stood up, causing a few curious glances from their teammates.
Leah: "We're just going to step outside for a bit," Leah said casually.
Katie: "Ooh, mysterious. What are you two up to?" Katie asked with a playful grin.
Isla: "Nothing much, just need some fresh air," Isla replied, trying to keep her tone light.
The two of them walked out, heading to a quiet spot near a window overlooking the training field. Leah took Isla's hand, and they shared a tender kiss, completely unaware that their private moment was not so private.
Katie, ever the observant one, glanced out the window and her eyes widened.
Katie: "Hey, guys, check this out!" she whispered, pointing towards the window.
Viv: "What is it, Katie?" Viv asked, leaning closer to see what Katie was pointing at.
Beth: "Oh my God, are they...?"
Alessia: "No way! Is that Leah and Isla?"
The entire team crowded around the window, watching in stunned silence as Leah and Isla kissed. The moment was sweet and sincere, but the team's reactions were anything but subtle.
Katie: "Well, that's one way to start the morning!" she said, laughing loudly.
Beth: "This is better than my morning coffee!" she added, grinning.
Steph: "I knew it! I knew there was something going on between those two!" she exclaimed, pumping her fist in the air.
Leah and Isla, still unaware that they had an audience, finally broke their kiss and headed back towards the common room. The team quickly dispersed, trying to act nonchalant but failing miserably.
