Onambélé also puts down the book he is holding in his hand and hugs his wife.
"Let's leave this to our daughter." Said Mani. "She is the only one of us who has managed to overcome this ordeal."
"Children end up outperforming us before we even know it." Said Onambélé. ''I'm counting on you, my little princess.''

In the house by the lake, despite the late hour, six people are still in the living room. Nyangono, who has just finished cleaning the room where the swimming pool is located, joins the group, just long enough to leave accompanied by Azombo because they have to prepare the outfits of all these young people who will go to the castle the next day.
"I didn't ask dad for help because he certainly wouldn't have done it." Said Ama. "I still remember the look he had that night..."
"Isn't it better to leave things as they are?" Asks Bindzi who doesn't want to become someone terrifying in the eyes of those around him. "At least I have regained most of my childhood memories."
"No. It's impossible to defend against that beast without an extreme solution." Said Ama. "The only way to defeat a terrifying beast is to become even more terrifying than that beast and you are the only one of us who has the potential."
"Why I feel like it's not a compliment." Comments Bindzi.
Ama looks at Bindzi but ignores his comment.
"My plan is quite simple... A quick attack. Just you and me. Once you can use your authority and I have made my celestial fusion pact, I will teleport us into the domain. After finding the location of your parents, you unleash your authority, incapacitating everything that lives in the domain and I teleport the casings containing your parents. If necessary, I can even teleport the entire lab. With the celestial fusion it shouldn't be too hard." Said Ama.
Her plan is simple. A brief and brutal display of insurmountable violence. Giving everything in an instant and leaving their opponents no chance to retaliate.
"I understand your plan but something about it worries me." Said Bindzi. "Are you really sure I'd be able to do it? Moreover, if this is really the case, won't you also be affected?"
"If you were able to do it at eight years old, it shouldn't be difficult today." Said Ama. "With the celestial fusion, I could certainly resist your absolute control... If not, you'll just have to give me the order to teleport us."
"Big sister, are you talking about celestial fusion?" Said Ékobo. "Aren't you afraid of what is said about the celestial and abyssal masters?"
"The legend that everyone who reaches that level disappears without a trace?" Asks Ama wryly. "To the point of dissuading almost all masters... It's ridiculous."
"Sometimes, legends tend to have some truth. Even more so in the world of the masters." Said Ékobo. "Celestial fusion transcends the limitations of man and beast, giving almost godlike abilities to those who can reach that level. But still, it is said that only the wise are capable of doing so. Aren't you a little too young?'"
"Ékobo, unlike you, I've been training and studying since I was five years old." Said Ama almost condescendingly. "I met the celestial sphinx who is my beast partner more than fifteen years ago. We have absolute trust in each other. Also, growing up staying so close to it has greatly improved our compatibility. Today, I'm ready for the ritual. Actually, I've been ready for a while, but I was just trying to better understand all the implications of that decision. But now I don't have that luxury."
"I wouldn't like you to put yourself in even more danger because of me." Said Bindzi.
"You are afraid of an unknown danger and you ignore the one that is growing before your eyes... The most important thing is to take care of Enama before it gets complicated." Said Ama. "I'm not just doing it for you. He is already interested in my parents. Also, I saw a painting in his office that gave me chills."
