*Ben's POV*

It has been a few hours since Betty Joyce updated me. She told me that May called an SOS and my gut feeling told me something had happened. I was then told it was her period and not to worry. I do not like liars, I find them shameful and I am pretty sure that something more is going on and I can feel it. DINGGG I unlocked my phone to see Betty Joyce sent me a picture of May standing by the wall smiling. I like her smile it can light up the room. I can also see her cleavage spilling out of her shirt. That got me angry, and I am not sure why. I felt my face become hot and bothered. She is not my girlfriend I am unsure why I am so possessive. I scan the photo in my mind. She is hiding her body. Not sure why she would hide her body, I mean she is a bigger, curvier girl but she is not ugly. May had beautiful brown eyes and long brown hair that you could get lost in. Her lips were also perfectly plump and her cheeks were so chubby they were like marshmallows. I woke up from my daydream to see Liz walking inside the front door of the palace. "Liz! Come here now! Where were you?" I yelled. "A party, chill bro I just got back" she replied. My sister just parties too much. She should be at home planning for the recruitment ceremony coming up in just less than 5 days. "Love you big bro. I will help you plan for the ceremony today. Going to sleep bye" she exclaimed then ran upstairs. Got to admit she can defuse situations. I will let her have a break for today then tomorrow she needs to prepare her speech for the party. Lately she has been sneaking out more and more into the late night. I think she just does not want to be home. I texted Betty Joyce that I will be stopping by tomorrow and talking to her in person. She agreed. I needed to know if she was lying to me or not. I must know if I can trust her if she is watching after May. I deleted the picture out of my phone so I would not be tempted by my wolf to look at it again. I can hear him in my ear whispering vulgar things about May. He wants to touch her waist and make her lips swollen with his touch. I silence him, I do not need sexual thoughts about a girl I am not attracted to. I mindlinked Pedro and my omega Jordan to meet me in the main room. They arrived quickly. I wanted to go over the catering and fine details of the recruitment party coming up. "Yo Ben, we need good alcohol at this party" exclaimed Pedro. Jordan was howling in approval. I silenced them with a look. "First let's finish finalizing catering then we can plan the afterparty. I need both of you to work your wolf asses off before we can have fun got that!" I replied. We spent all night picking which dishes would be served and where the elders of the pack would sit. After all the formalities were planned, we picked a nice place in the woods where we would have the afterparty for recruits to wind down and meet the future Alpha of the pack aka me. I made sure there was seating and games present for the party goers.

Next morning I woke up and made my way to Betty Joyce's house. I needed to hear what happened the other night. I texted her I was on my way. I got in my car and drove towards her home. I parked down the street and started to walk down the block to her home. While walking I heard my wolf telling me to look to the left, his voice was too loud why was he so excited. I looked over and I saw her. May was wearing a sweatsuit set and had her hair up in a messy bun. I can smell her body wash from across the street and it was making my wolf go crazy, the lavender was very heavy. He wanted me to go talk to her. I see her send me a faint smile and blush. Oh no, that is not good. I frown to keep my composure and run as fast as I can to Betty Joyce's house. I knock on the door and the minute she opens the door I run in. "Ben go hide, my sister cannot see you" she whispers. "May is outside. I made eye contact hide me" I replied. Betty ushers me into a closet. I abide and close the door. A few minutes later May knocks on the door. My wolf is going wild asking me to open the door. I try to silence him in my head. After a few moments I can hear Lilly Rae, Betty and May have left slamming the door. I let out a sigh and left the house. I sprinted for my car and head back to the pack house. I will have to talk to Betty Joyce later.

*May's POV*

I had been crying all night. Last night was a pure nightmare. I texted Betty J not to come by and leave me alone for the night. She understood I did not want company. I got home and ripped up the bra and skirt I was wearing for the day. I did not want to see those clothing items again. I could not bear the thought of seeing anything I wore that day. I placed the shredded clothing in a bag and threw it in my garbage bin. I got out of bed and started my morning routine. I showered and brushed my teeth. I went in my drawer and grabbed a sports bra and panties, sweater and sweatpants. I wanted to blend in as much as possible. I washed my face and tied my hair into a messy bun. I walked towards Betty J's house. She lived two blocks away. As I almost reached her door I seen him again. The mysterious man that she was talking to a few days ago. I tried to get a look at his face but all I could see was a tiny bit of his brown wavy hair and his jawline. He looked very familiar. He turned to look at me across the street. I blushed and looked down. I see him frown then started to run away. Who is he? Is he the cousin of Betty J or her mate. Betty usually does not keep secrets from me, but I do not want to pry. Maybe she found her mate early. Some wolves are mated as early as 17 if the bond is strong enough. I will try to leave hints so she can tell me later on. I arrived at Betty's house. She opens the door but pushes her sister and locks the door. It is odd how she rushed me out of the house. She could be hiding laundry or something. We continue to school gossiping and giggling. I did not want to ruin the morning by letting them know the awful thing that happened to me the day before. It was too cruel to repeat.

Betty J parks the car and tells Lilly Rae and I to go ahead. We nod and enter the school building. I let out a gasp. There are big posters plastered around the school. The picture of the posters was zoomed in on my half naked body. Mona. The picture she took yesterday. She enhanced the picture to zoom in on my stomach and it read "Fat Girls Really Are Elastic" across my breasts. I can see everyone looking at me. My face became super red. "Look it's the model of the poster" Mona said. "Show everyone your elastic marks" she said then tried to pull up my hoodie. "Enough!" yelled Lilly Rae. Everyone was laughing at me. I was shameful of my body. It was on display for everyone. Mona got what she wanted; she broke me. I ran out of the building knocking Betty J down. She was calling my name she didn't see what was happening inside the building. I ran straight for my home and stayed there. There was nothing I could do. I cried myself to sleep.

*Ben's POV*

I was just about to sleep when I received an SOS message from Betty Joyce. I hope this was good. I had a busy next couple of days and did not need any more distractions. I almost got caught so I had to be careful. I mindlinked Jordan and told him I was going for a drive, so he does not worry. I got in my car and met Betty Joyce at her house. This time I parked outside. "What is happening?" I say to her before I am at her front door. "May. She ran from school. There is something you must see." She replied. Betty Joyce handed me a poster that she said was hanging all over the school. I saw the words "Fat Girls Really Are Elastic" written over her cleavage. She was half naked and exposed. This angered my wolf. A growl ripped through my throat I felt her shame and embarrassment. 'WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS!" I screamed. "Mona, who else. I think something happened yesterday. May did not meet me after school and her phone was turned off again. We need to stop this soon" Betty replied. Mona is starting to get on the bad side of my wolf. I decided I need to take matters into my own hands. I call the academy and scream at the headmaster. He knows better than to let a bright young Omega get bullied. He assured me that he would be dealing with the matter personally. I threatened to let my father know and that we will be pulling our donations from the school. This got the headmaster to actually punish Mona. "Good now what do we do to prevent this?" Betty Joyce asks. "We need May to join the pack, only then I can actually protect her and have her move to my territory. Please make sure she comes to the recruitment ceremony" I pleaded with Betty Joyce. She knows I have the power to protect my pack members and offer them refuge with this May will be happier. I cannot help but feel bonded to her. I can feel her pain after what happened. I pray to the Moon Goddess that May is okay and that I will have the courage to protect her.
