Ch. 17 Graduation

*May's POV*

After the past couple of weeks of exams, finals and preparing to be part of the Sundance pack it has gone by like a blur. Ben has been taking time here and there between our pack lessons to get to know me better and feel welcomed. Date wise we have not actually gone on a real one besides the night on the roof. The past few weeks have been stressful enough with school and lessons plus packing up some of my belongings I have been on edge. Betty and Lilly have been over at the castle recently. After lessons we would hang out with Liz for a bit before she went out partying. It was brief but at least I have my friends with me. Today was the official last lesson before graduation then we would be on pause for wedding preparations. I was making my way from my home towards the castle. I thought I could convince Ben if we could have a real date today instead of lessons; also to give myself a break after all this jam packed learning they have been giving me for the past month. I pulled up into the driveway in my usual spot and packed my car. I saw that Ben was sitting on the steps outside waiting for me, it made me smile. "Mr. Alpha are you waiting for me?" I said. He looked around, "You? Nope I was waiting for my friend Mr. Basketball" he replied. I chuckled then punched his arm. "Well, if you are done waiting for your friend how about we go on a date today. I could also use a break" I said. Ben gets up from the steps then says, "I thought you would never ask. I know just the spot lets go". Ben grabbed my hand and we headed towards my vehicle. He motions for me to give him my car keys. "Be gentle with my baby" I said while throwing him the keys. "I am always gentle, baby" he replies while winking. I hope he did not see me blushing. We get in and head towards a fast-food place and grab some burger combos and drinks. He drives away and we end up in the hiking area where she-wolves go with their boyfriends. He turns off the car and motions for me to comes with him. I grab a blanket out the trunk of my car and we carry on into the woods. He takes me across the clearing, and we head off path going deeper into the woods. I could hear running water and there was a bright light luminating from the moon towards a huge waterfall it was breathtaking. "My sister Liz and I found this when we were kids and love going. I still come down to view the water and clear my head while my sister loves to swim here" he said. "I mean its breathtaking. I am sure the water is also cool in the warmer seasons" I replied. We set up the blanket and start eating our dinner. "Are you ready to marry me in just 2 weeks?" he asked. I haven't really thought about it too much, but I was just winging it and hoping that as the days go on we would be fine. "I mean, there's a lot to think about but I am open to being the best wife there is as long as you are not ashamed of me or unhappy you got stuck with me. Let's be honest I am not the prettiest out there" I said nonchalantly. Ben looked a little mad. "May, you are fucking gorgeous. You have curves for days, the best personality and you care about everything including my family and your friends. Not to mention you are a good kisser too. I am super happy the Moon Goddess chose you". I was blushing. I thought I was being a burden to him, but it seemed that he was happy to be with me. I swung forward onto my knees and grabbed his face. "I like you" I said before planting a kiss on his lips. I sat back down and watched him blush in shock. He looked up at me, brushed a piece of hair out of my face and said "I like you too". He then landed a kiss on my forehead and paused before kissing my lips. I felt happy at this moment. I deepened the kiss pulling Ben into an embrace with my hands wandering up and down his back. I can hear myself starting to moan while he was slipping his tongue into my mouth. If we don't stop now, I know my wolf will burst out of me and jump his bones. We continued for a bit as he pushes me against a tree and pinning my arms above my head. His kisses start to trail down my neck to my breast kissing the cleavage that spilled out my shirt. Fuck I was so turned on. Do it! MARK HIM! My wolf screams out. I snapped into reality. Just when Ben's hands reach my waist pulling my shirt off, I push him into the waterfall. "What did you do that for!" he screamed. He looks angry at me but we could not continue. It was my first time, and I did not want to do it by a waterfall. "Cooling you off Mr. Alpha" I said. "Oh really" he replied with a smirk. Just then he grabbed my foot and pulled me into the waterfall. Sneaky one he is. "Now talk about a wet time" he said. He grabbed my waist and pulled me close while planting another kiss on my lips. "I got the memo. No waterfall fun time until after we are married", Ben said. "Kinda the memo. I just do not want my first time in the woods, but the waterfall fun time is not off the table" I smirk before breaking free of his grasp. I swam under the waterfall letting the water wet my skin. My shirt was soaking wet and sticking to my body. It left not much to imagination on what was underneath. I am glad Lily Rae talked me into buying sexier bras, it prepared me for this moment. "Fuck, I don't know what is more beautiful you or the waterfall" he said. I blushed. "Tell me are you ready to graduate tomorrow and move into the pack quarters" Ben said. I haven't thought about the full transition to the pack, I have been getting used to it with having Liz around and my friends it has been a great time. Not sure how married life would be as well as commanding my own pack. I struggle to find the words before I say, "it is a bit overwhelming. I am changing my whole world to be a luna not to mention a wife and eventually a mother. I know that is a bit away but it's a lot of responsibility and something that I know I need to grow into". Ben's eyes glistened as he got closer to me. He held me in his arms. "May, I know I have my shortcomings, but I am 100% in. Be patient with me and we will have the best life ruling" he said. He leaned in close to my ears and whispered, "and awesome sex if you let me continue sometimes" he continued. I giggled and playfully pounded his chest. He is such a big flirt. "Okay big shot let's get back to the grounds, I have to meet up with my friends as graduation is tomorrow". We made our way outside the waterfall and dried a bit before heading back to Sundance. Ben placed one more kiss on my lips before I drove off to my house. Betty and Lily were on their way over and I cannot wait to recount our date.
