A fairytale of a beautiful maiden, the beloved Frost Flower Princess was supposed to be staying in the comfort of her castle masquerading as a cage to protect her from the dangers outside, imprisoned by her own brothers.

Just as promised, Jack, Y/n, Vanitas, and Noé arrived at the Mostro Lounge, though Vanitas looked like he'd rather be anywhere else. "This is kind of classy..." Y/n murmured, her glassy eyes scanning the decor as if trying to take it all in.
Noé nodded with quiet curiosity. "It's certainly livelier than I expected."
Jack, ever the cautious one, crossed his arms. "Remember, you're in enemy territory here. Stay sharp at all times."
"Tch. The only danger here is how long we're forced to linger," Vanitas muttered, his gaze snapping toward Y/n. "I'd rather just steal her away from this place and never come back."
Noé frowned at him. "Vanitas, you can't just say things like that out loud. You'll frighten her."
Vanitas smirked, unbothered. "Oh, but wouldn't it be fun to see her depend only on me? To keep her away from places like this...away from everyone else?" His words carried a sweetness that barely masked the possessive edge lurking underneath.
Before Noé could scold him further, a familiar voice rang out.
"Eyyy, Little Sea Angel!" Floyd sang as he and Jade approached, sharp smiles in place. "Glad you could make it! I see you've got a sea urchin plus-one. Even Little Shrimpy and Vampire Fish are here~"
"I'm tellin' ya I'm not a sea urchin!" Jack snapped.
"Stop calling me Shrimp!" Vanitas barked, baring his teeth in annoyance.
