I folded the letter into thirds again and then practically disintegrated it, tearing it into hundreds of pieces. I stood up with uncontrollable rage. I didn't know what to do; I didn't know whether to scream, whether to believe her, or to be angry with myself.

I kicked the coffee table so hard that the only sound was the glass shattering into a thousand pieces. I took a deep breath, trying to control myself; there was no reason to get like this. She had earned it. She had played with me, and I would never forgive her.

POV Haerin

I arrived at the airport, paid the taxi driver, and unloaded my bags. It was just the two suitcases I had brought. I walked to the counter and placed my luggage on the scale. I handed over my passport and ticket, and they gave me my boarding pass.

"Gate A-3," the young man at the counter indicated.

"Thank you," I said, trying to keep my voice from sounding nasal.

"Everything okay, miss?" he asked, and I quickly wiped away the tear that had slipped down my cheek; even the large dark sunglasses hadn't been able to stop it.

"Yes, everything's fine," I said, quickly taking my boarding pass and harshly wiping away the tear. I walked quickly.

Strangely enough, there was still half an hour before boarding started. I sat down facing the large window and couldn't help it... I started to cry. I placed my purse on my lap and buried my face in it. Why had I ruined things like this? Why had I played with her? I didn't just feel like the worst person in the universe... I was the worst person. Minji would never forgive me. Surely the letter had ended up in the trash. But well, I would go far away. As far as Minji and I would start over.

I lined up as they started boarding. The line moved slowly because they were checking passports and boarding passes; I wanted to get on already. What was I going to do when I got there? I have no idea. I just wanted to get away. I didn't have the courage to face Minji. Only two people were in front of me now. I took a deep breath and moved forward when the person ahead of me did.

"Are you leaving? Just like that?" I heard behind me, and my pulse began to race. It was her. I turned around, and there she was, beads of sweat rolling down her cheek. Her chest was rising and falling rapidly from exertion.

"Minji..." I took off my glasses, and once again, I burst into tears.

"You didn't answer me," she said harshly. "Is this how you're going to solve things?" I looked down, ashamed. "If we fight again, at least tell me where you plan to go," she smiled. "I've been running around for twenty minutes trying to find you." I dropped my purse to the floor and ran to her. She welcomed me into her arms.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry..." I repeated as I soaked her shirt with my tears. She took my chin and made me look at her. She smiled and said "Shh" before pressing our lips together in a perfect kiss.
