Chapter 3

*2 weeks later*

Lilly POV

              Its been two weeks since we were told what the big secret was...-_- its been two weeks since the boys assigned mates came to attend our high school. The girls and I decided to keep our distance from the boys as much as possible to avoid confrontation with their new girls which has basically following them around where ever they go and surprisingly they have no problem with showing off their vampire powers in front of humans. You could say were kind of jealous that the boys have new girls but we would never show them that we are. Ever since Layla found out Daniel was alive we have been watching our backs and did i mention he was back in school? -_- yeepppppp he is here. Haven't made our lives a living hell yet but we still make sure to watch out for him...School just let  so the girls and I are walking outside towards the woods to look for something eat...you know what i really mean.. but anyways so far we were walking in silence towards the woods the boys are probably out here because we didn't see them at lunch or any other classes by now they probably got all the blood in the woods since they always knew where to look. since were still kind of considered "Newborns" it will be hard for us to hun by ourselves without them but were gonna try.

"you know we can't hunt for shit right? well at lease not by ourselves..." i told them girls as we walked

"so why are even out here? to fail at something a vampire is supposed to be a master at?" Layla said

"why are you crabby?" i said and turned around to her

"i just miss the boys I'm so tired of avoiding them why can't we still hang out?" Layla said 

"La, we just decided to avoid them you don't have too if you alright with seeing Craig with another girl then go ahead." i replied and stopped talking then sat down on a nearby log

"no i don't but i mean i miss hanging out with them even if they were annoying sometimes." Layla said and rolled her eyes

"i can't stand seeing ray with someone else i mean me and him weren't "official" we still kind of had something going on...." avery said 

"you guys had more than "something" going on if were counting the time i almost walked in on you and ray about to get your freak on.." Rachael said and faked shivered dramatically 

"we never asked for a audience Rachael" avery said while giving her a straight face

"trust me i didn't want to be there fo-" Rachael said then got cut off 

"oh well look who it is" we heard a deep male voice say 

Oh god... "how did you know we were out here?" i said 

"i didn't" he laughed and revealed his shirtless self. Daniel. "I'm out here for the same reason you guys are I'm sure" he finished and sat next to me on the log

"you couldn't at least wear a shirt while you did this?" i rolled my eyes

"no baby, werewolf remember? my clothes rip when i transform" he replied 

"ugh don't call me baby." i said annoyed 

"well I'm still calling you that. i know you want to still be mine Lilly" he smirked. 

ugh, no i don't..well kind of... no wtf i don't! he tried to change me to a werewolf which would basically kill me! he attempted to end my life! But....i can't resist him either he so sex-

"don't you dare finish that sentence" someone said in my head i looked up and saw Layla making the straight face at me.

"i know i shouldn't be thinking these things la but its hard not too...he was my ex well.. not officially "ex" but you know i kind of have a minor feelings for him..."

"LILLY HE TRIED TO KILL YOU"

"you helped him Layla shouldn't i hate you too?" i gave her the same face back as we continued to have a mind link.

"yea but you forgiven me.."

"yea exactly so i could forgive him too."

"Lilly he still attempting to kill us, its not like he's stopped"

"true, but i don't know i kind of trust him a little bit more now he could of been killed us .. like right now he could of"

"no, you can't trust him Lilly thats what he wants.."

"I will figure it out Layla my choice, thanks."

"Hello??" Avery said snapping her fingers in front of my face

"huh?" i said snapping out of my mind conversation 

"its about time you came out of your rude mind conversation that left me out of  it" Daniel said 

"you can't be in a mind conversation stupid  you aren't a vampire -_-" rachael said

"you guys must think being a vampire is sooo special huh?" daniel laughed 

"kind of....it beats smelling like wet dog" avery smirked and pinched her nose in disgust

daneil stopped laughing "first of all...i don't smell like wet dog a-"

"right now you don't" layla laughed 

" -_- remind me your the first one on my list to kill layla for real" he said mean mugging her she shut up and he smirked at her facial expression "anyways, like i was saying before i was rudely interrupted by stupid vampire..second, vampires aren't the shit aight? so get over your selves." he got up beginning to walk away he turned around said "oh and by the way i saw your vampire friends little bit farther out in the woods with some new girls.... I'm pretty sure you guys must be jealous you might wanna go catch up with them and lilly?" 

i turned to him with annoyed look" What?"

"when your ready to come back to me baby I'm here" he winked and walked away the woods

i got up and started walking farther in the woods with the girls to continue our 'hunt' and on a search for the boys

Were gonna finally confront them...Hopefully everything goes well...
