I get woken up to snoring, and it feels like I've been asleep for maybe an hour. Even with the sun starting to rise, changing the sky from black to orange and yellow. I roll over and find myself on the floor next to Nancy, and Robin closer to my bookshelf. And she's the one snoring.

I rub the sleep out of my eyes, and feel my head pounding in the back of my skull. Water- I need water to ease this throbbing pain, dreading this long drive today.

Stumbling downstairs, I see Mom has packed a few coolers for us and is grinning over a freshly brewed cup of coffee. "You're up early."

"I don't want to be." I yawn and take a seat next to her. She rubs my back while I place my head on the table. "Thanks for packing the coolers and letting us go."

"Hopefully it'll help to get away for a few days before school starts." She keeps rubbing gentle circles into my back as I slowly again, fall asleep.

"Brook," someone shakes me, "Wake up. It's time to go."

And I groan, batting their hands away and falling back asleep.

I hear husky chuckle, "Alright you asked for this."

I feel someone picking me up, and then I'm being carried. "You know where her keys are?"

"I have them."

And I'm out like a light again.

I wake up after feeling something bump under me and I shoot up, in a state of delusion and sleep deprived shake awake.

I'm in my car, and Eddie is driving. His left hand on the steering wheel, leaning back in the seat. He's in another pair of dark jeans and a white shirt. How hard is it for this man to where colors?

"Looks like you finally woke up." He grins and looks at his watch, "We've only been on the road for two hours."

"Two hours!" I yell, then yawn. Stretching my arms I look in the back to see no one is back there other than two duffel bags. "Why'd you guys let me sleep so long? I didn't even pack clothes!"

"Calm down," His voice commanding, "Nancy packed your bag and we tried waking you up. But I thought- after last night you needed the extra sleep. So, I carried you out here."

"Oh God, in front of my Dad!?"

"He wasn't home." Eddie re positions himself, "But how'd you sleep?"

I yawn again, and look in front of us. Nothing but road, and a red BMW leading the way. "I slept good. When I wasn't around Robin. That girl can snore."

He chuckles, "I heard her too."

"I don't know how Nancy slept through the night." I lean back into my seat, seeing I'm still in the same clothes and the blanket Eddie bought me is on my lap. "I have no bra on."

He looks over to me, "I'm well aware."

I glance up to him with a smirk, "You copping a feel while I was asleep?"

He glares at me, "I'm not a creep. You were asleep, and well you got cold. Hence the blanket."

I laugh, "Thank you I appreciate it. I don't know why I was so tired."

He gives me a tilted look, "Seriously, you can't think of why?"

Now it's my turn to glare at him, "Well that yeah."

"That?" he asks, "You mean us sleeping together?"

"How are you not tired?" I change the subject.

"I smoked before bed, it helps me sleep." he rolls his eyes, but grins.
