Annaka POV
When we all went to bed I couldn't really sleep. I was just looking up at the ceiling, just thinking. I sighed as I stood up quietly since both Gon and Killua were sleeping. I walked out the room and walked out the door, taking a deep breath of fresh air.

"What are you doing up so late," Mito asked, walking out and closing the door behind her.

"Couldn't sleep I guess, why aren't you sleeping," I ask.

"I don't know to be honest," she responded. A silence fell upon us for a minute, me lost in thought and her just enjoying the fresh air and stars. "Something on your mind?"

"Nope," I lied.

"Liar," she stated. "Come on talk to me, you can trust me."

I looked towards her, a hesitant look in my eyes. She gave me a soft smile, "You don't have to. I just think you'd feel better if you did."

I sighed and looked away from her, "A lots on my mind."

"Like what," she asks.

I looked up at the sky. The sky was a little cloudy, but not enough to not see the stars and moon. "Everything," I say.

"Good or bad?" She asks.

"Both," I say, sitting on the grass, she joined me.

"Do you wanna talk about it," she asks. I can tell she was looking at me, I could feel her eyes.

I looked down, "I...don't know?"

"Let's talk about the good first, maybe the bad later. What's good that's on your mind," she asks.

I smiled, "Uh"

"Killua?" She asks, teasingly.

"M-maybe, but not just him!" I exclaim. "My grandfather too."

"Who's your grandfather again? The hunter chairman?" She asked, just to make sure.

I nodded, "He reached out to me. said he wants to get to know me, as a grand daughter."

"That's good. Is that what you want," she asks.

"Yea, of course i do. I just don't want it to be awkward," I sweatdropped.

"It might be awkward, maybe not. Just roll with it," she says.

I smiled, "Yea I guess."

"Soo what are you thinking about killua," she asks. "I want details!"

My face turned a light shade of red, "I dont-...I think I'm just overthinking."

"I think you're overthinking the overthinking," she laughed. "You think he doesn't actually like you?"

I looked at her, "yea.."

"Have you seen the way he looks at you," she asks.

"No, because everytime I catch him looking, he looks away," I say. "How...does he look at me."

She looked away, trying to put it into words.

"I look at you like I'm in love with you," I heard someone say from behind us.

I looked back and saw Killua. He then whispered, "Because I am."

"I'll leave you two alone," Mito says. "Continue our talk later?"

"Sure," I smile at her. She smiled back and walks back into the house. I looked at Killua, "What are you doing awake? I thought you were sleeping."

"I woke up and couldn't go back to sleep. Why are you awake? Did you sleep?" He asks.
