chapter 28

Kurapika POV
I could tell Killua was pissed. More pissed than I've ever seen him. I mean we are all pissed. We all had feelings about this. Some more than others. Killua however, he was beyond pissed. If looks could kill, every single one of us would be dead in an instant. His anger towards Annakas dad is probably more than mine towards the Phantom Troupe. And that's saying something.

"Killua," Gon said, getting his attention.

Killua responded without looking up from the floor, "What?"

I saw Gons eyes sadden. "We'll get her."

"I know," he said, still not looking up from the floor.

"I can tell you're pissed," Gon said. "We all are."

"I'm more worried than pissed," Killua said.

"U-um are you though?" I sweatdropped. Killua looked up and glared at me. "Okay, I'm sorry damn."

"Let's go," The Chairman said. "Butlers are ready."

It was pretty easy to get into the mansion since most of the butlers were on our side. Which I was very grateful for. We came across a butler, that wasn't on our side, so one of our butlers stayed behind and fought him.

As we got deeper into the mansion, we walked towards the room we knew for sure Annaka would be in, maybe her dad too but we were hoping not.

Annaka POV
As I was getting hurt, I heard some commotion outside of the mansion. My dad didn't notice and just continued to hurt me.

"I'll be back," he said. 'Shit! What if he leaves and sees them?!'

Before I could say anything, he walked out of the torture room, as he called it. I quickly got out of the chains and grabbed a weapon from the many from the room.

I tried to stand and I failed. It took me a couple of tries to actually stand but eventually I got it. I walked out of the room and saw a butler, and she saw me too. I quickly appeared behind her and took out my nails. "Move and I'll kill you. Inform my dad, I'll kill you." She tries to hit me, and I fulfilled what I said, and quickly killed her. Another butler, a stronger one at that, ran towards me. He threw a punch, which I blocked, and I threw my own punch, which landed. He flew back slightly. I quickly knocked him out while he was off balance.

After that, yet another butler appeared but before I could hut her or anything she said, "Wait! I'm with your friends!"

"Liar," I say as I knocked her out too. I know pretty easily when people are lying.

As I walked through the mansion, I used the wall as support until I reached a room and walked in. I collapsed onto the floor and sat for a second. "Shit," I mumbled as I got up. "This is no time to be sitting," I winced as I got up, feeling many of my injuries. I looked out the window of the door and saw my dad. I gasped and quickly hid behind the door before he saw me.

I heard steps coming to the door and noticed I failed. He saw me. It's over.

"Annaka, darling, come out," he said.

No, it's not over, I can fight. I opened the door, "Good girl," he said, before I punched him. "Bad girl," he said as he got angry.

"You're weird," I say.

We engaged in battle, literally destroying the mansion. I mean, I hate to admit it but I was losing. badly. I was already pretty weak but damn I didn't know I was this weak.

"Come on Annaka," he said. "I thought you could do better. You do have the power of the elements. I made sure of it."

"What? What do you mean?!" I ask.
