Chapter Twenty-One

Kivana leg shook her leg anxiously as we all sat in the living room. I placed my hand on her thigh and gave it a light squeeze. She looked at me and slowly her leg stopped moving.

"What do you mean mom and dad are here?" I asked.

"They arrived yesterday...mom said she was to anxious to wait a few more weeks. I can only hold them off for so long, they are asking a lot of god damn questions." Kivan explained.

Kivana signed.

"Are they at the house?" I asked.

"Yes, Byung has been acting natural I assume. Kiara is there as well...they're asking about your whereabouts." He said.

"Fuck...fuck fuck fuck." Kivana said.

"Calm down...what do you want to do?" I asked.

"Exactly it's nothing to stress over. Whatever you want to do I'm with." Kivan added.

I nodded, she placed her head onto her hands and took a deep breath.

"I tell them the truth...I have the proof, I just have to find the right time to tell them." She said.

"Ok, The Lees invited all of us for dinner tonight so." Kivan said.

"Tonight, god damn." She said.

She looked at me before looking away.

"Don't worry, I'll be there." I said.

I grabbed her hand and kissed the back of it.

"Thank you." She mumbled.

"You're welcome Darling." I smiled.

Kivan looked at us like we had shit on our faces causing me to laugh.

"Anyway, I'm out. Next time don't let me blow your phone up again. If I'm calling it's important." Kivan said sitting up.

"I was...busy." She blushed.

Kivan scrunched up his face and stood up.

"To much information damn Ki, I'm out see you in a few." He said.

He threw up a peace sign and stepped onto the elevator. Kivana let out a shaky breath and rubbed her hands together.

"How about a bath before you leave? I got some good expensive wine to match." I suggested.

"How do you always know how to calm me down?" She asked standing up.

I chuckled.

"I just have that charm." I said cockily.

She sucked her teeth and waved me off, I went to the bathroom and ran us a bath before going to the kitchen. I grabbed the wine and grabbed two glasses, I walked to the bathroom and removed my shorts.

I got into the hot water and patiently waited for Kivana, she came in with her hair in a top knot bun before getting into the tub.
