I came home exhausted and tired but that's fine kase makakasama ko naman ang asawa ko. I arranged my shoes and walk inside seeing dark inside I got worried kaya binuksan ko yung ilaw at wala tao sa living room kaya I immediately goes on our room seeing her sleeping on the bed but she's wearing her pajama na kanina pa niya suot. I slowly put my bag on the night stand and take a close to my wife I can see na she's pale kaya I slowly put my hands on her forehead and it's so hot.

"Jeezz" I whispered

I shake my hand kase sobra init ng asawa ko but thankfully she didn't wake up and still sleeping kaya I go out in the our room and goes to the kitchen to cook lugaw kase hindi siya nakain ng mga baboy o gulay at isda kapag may sakit siya kaya I just prepared a lugaw and a egg after that bumalik ako sa kwarto but still she's sleeping and I feel bad to her. Kase na stressed and I know her mental health is getting worse dahil sa mga kaso niya at binibintang sa kanya. I slowly sit next to her and caress her silky and straight hair that make her slowly waking up.

"Did I wake you up? Sorry I just can't help but feeling concerned on you. I prepared some food on the kitchen gusto mo ba dalhin ko na dito?" I ask her

She rubbed her eyes and smiled on me.

"T-thank you mahal.. yes please nanghihina yung mga tuhod ko" she muttered

"Okay wait me here" I kissed her cheeks

I got out again and put the food on the tray and go back inside seeing her looking at the ceiling but she quickly look at me as I put the tray on the nightstand I help her to sit on the bed. I sit next to her and take the bowl slowly feeding her.

"H-how's your w-work?" She whispered

"Tired but everything is okay kase na handle ko agad.. it's just I can't help to get home immediately kase i watch the live sa senate kanina and I didn't see you attending it..kase may sakit ka." I spoke

She nod and I continue taking care of her pero unti lang ang kinain niya kase wala Siya gana so I just give her a medicine and water. I wash the dishes at nag handa ng maligamgam na tubig at towel para pang linis ko sa kanya, pumasok ako sa kwarto at nakita ko siya naka upo at nakatulala kaya nilagay ko muna sa nightstand yung dala ko at tumabi sa kanya I take her hand and squeeze it that make her to look at me

"Are you okay? Nahihilo kaba?" I ask

"I don't think I can't do it.. y/n I'm tired.. i should give up na lang" she whined

"A-alice... there's so many people out there especially the bamban are still waiting for you and figthing for you kase you're innocent and the best mayor we have." I whispered

She look at me and tulayan na siya umiyak kaya I slowly pulled her to a hug and cried on my shoulder I rub her back just to make her calm.

"You're innocent alice kaya don't just give up easily lalo't na wala ka naman kasalanan. We love you especially me.. I can't lose you.. I love you" I muttered

The room is filled of cried na kanina lang ay parang wala tao sa loob sa sobra tahimik. After some minutes she slowly calm down and pulled away I wipe her tears on her cheecks and kissed her cheecks

"Laban lang.. we're here for you.." I assured

She nod again and  I give her a last kiss again on her cheecks and start to wipe her body para makapag palit na siya at bumababa na din yung lagnat niya. She wear another pajama pero matching kami,dinala ko na din yung dala ko maligamgam na tubig at Yung towel pagkatapos I go back inside of the room. I brush her straight hair and humming her favorite song.

"Y/n...C-can you stay here?" She whispered

I quickly stop brushing her hair and humming and sit next to her again so we can both look at each other.

"You know I can't do that right? Remember our rules na kapag may sakit tayo is we need to stay away Muna?" I spoke

"B-b-" she pout and turned around

"Alice...we already talk about this." I spoke

I stand up in the bed and take some pillows kase sa kabila muna ako matutulog but she quickly take my hand and putting that silly puppy eyes again. I already know what will happen if she got sick..para siya baby.

"Love, let me hug you" she whined

"No you're sick baby and alam ko na yang style mo Alice. You will just hug me so tight para mag stay ako sa room mo" I declined and give her a forehead kiss

I step back holding my pillows. I already decided to sleep on the separate room because she really have serious fever but she keep begging to me to stay. I leave the room and goes on the other room leaving her alone on our room kahit labag sa kalooban ko ay wala ako magagawa kase madali lang din ako mahawaan ng sakit tsaka it's better na din. I lay in the bed and pretend to sleep. but not even seconds later my eyes widened when I felt her hot body behind of me, attempting to hug me.

"Baby! stop!" I slightly shouted

"Loveee" she said and start crying..god she's so baby.

I sighed and look at her, I removed the comforter over on me I spread out my arms.

"Just tonight" I said finally giving up because she's like baby she will keep crying and I know she really need someone right now.

Her eyes lightened and got on top of me,her body is burning but I still hug her so tight and she do that too. She buried her face on my chest listening to my heartbeat that only beat her name. She's so clingy especially if she's sick kaya pati ako nahahawaan.

"Just tonight" she repeated
