Class: Caster

True Name: Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz

Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Original Series: Phineas and Ferb

Lore: Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz, a self-proclaimed evil scientist, is known for his bizarre schemes to take over the Tri-State Area using a wide range of poorly thought-out inventions called "Inators." Despite his villainous aspirations, Doofenshmirtz's plans often end in failure due to his lack of foresight, the interference of Agent P (Perry the Platypus), or the self-destructive nature of his machines. His tragic backstory, including being raised by ocelots and a difficult relationship with his family, has influenced his decision to pursue evil. However, his heart isn't fully evil, as he often shows kindness and remorse. In the Holy Grail War, Doofenshmirtz is summoned as a Caster-class Servant, using his vast (albeit flawed) knowledge of engineering and invention to create machines with magical properties. Though he fumbles often, his unpredictability and creativity make him a wild card in any confrontation.

Summoning Relic: A **blueprint of one of his many Inators**, representing his inventive genius and ties to his chaotic ambitions.

-Noble Phantasm (NP): B

Class Skills:

-Item Construction (A): As a brilliant (though highly unconventional) inventor, Doofenshmirtz excels in creating devices that can replicate the effects of complex spells and magical artifacts. At Rank A, Item Construction allows him to build a wide array of "Inators" with magical and scientific properties, ranging from weapons of mass destruction to quirky gadgets with highly specific effects. These devices often have a whimsical twist, with unpredictable results that can either backfire or succeed in strange and unforeseen ways. Despite the comedic nature of his inventions, their destructive potential cannot be underestimated. However, they often come with a glaring weakness or absurd functionality that hampers their effectiveness. For example, many of his creations rely on the placement of an obvious self-destruct button or a convoluted activation process, giving his enemies opportunities to exploit their flaws.

-Territory Creation (C+): Doofenshmirtz has experience building his "Evil Incorporated" lairs and other makeshift bases of operations, making him proficient in creating a workshop or laboratory to suit his needs. At Rank C+, Territory Creation allows him to establish an environment where his inventions can be quickly constructed and enhanced, improving their efficiency and output. His territory often takes the form of an elaborate, villain-themed building with hidden entrances, bizarre decorations, and overly dramatic structures. While it provides a boost to his creative output, Doofenshmirtz's lairs are notoriously easy to infiltrate or sabotage due to their unnecessary complexities. Despite these flaws, his territory gives him an advantage in building and operating his Inators, making it a useful asset in battle.

Personal Skills:

-Genius Inventor (B+): Doofenshmirtz's ability to invent complex and powerful devices from limited resources is both a testament to his intelligence and his eccentricity. Genius Inventor grants him the ability to quickly conceptualize, design, and construct a wide variety of machines and gadgets. These inventions often have far-reaching effects, ranging from localized destruction to large-scale area-of-effect damage. However, this skill is hindered by Doofenshmirtz's tendency to overlook critical design flaws, such as making his inventions dependent on overly specific conditions (like needing to be pointed directly at the Tri-State Area) or including a clearly labeled self-destruct button. While his devices can be devastating when functioning as intended, they are often prone to malfunction or unexpected results. This unpredictability makes Doofenshmirtz both a threat and a liability in combat.

-Tragic Backstory (D): Doofenshmirtz's unusual and often comedic past has shaped his personality and motivations. This skill reflects his deep well of childhood trauma, including being raised by ocelots and his parents neglecting to attend his birth. Tragic Backstory provides Doofenshmirtz with an unusual form of resilience: the more his plans fail, the more determined he becomes to succeed. This persistence in the face of failure grants him bonus mental fortitude and the ability to recover from setbacks faster than most. Additionally, this skill passively causes minor misfortune to befall his enemies, though it is often indirect or humorous. While the trauma does not provide direct combat advantages, it ensures that Doofenshmirtz remains undeterred by failure and continues to pursue his goals, no matter how many times his plans fall apart.

-Curse of Perry the Platypus (A): Doofenshmirtz's eternal nemesis, Perry the Platypus, constantly foils his evil schemes. This skill manifests as an almost supernatural sense that an opponent is always near, ready to disrupt his plans. At Rank A, this "curse" grants Doofenshmirtz an acute awareness of incoming sabotage or interference from enemies. While it may seem like a detriment, this also enhances his ability to adapt to unexpected attacks or sudden interruptions in battle. The "Curse of Perry" ensures that Doofenshmirtz is never fully caught off guard, granting him an instinctive response to counteract last-minute disruptions, even though he might complain loudly about them. This skill also subtly enhances his durability, as he has become accustomed to surviving the aftermath of his own devices blowing up in his face due to constant foiling by external forces.

Noble Phantasms:

-Name: "The Evilinator" – Weapon of Unpredictable Doom

-Rank: B

-Type: Anti-Army

-Ability: The *Evilinator* is Doofenshmirtz's ultimate invention, an amalgamation of all his previous Inators rolled into one. This massive device has the potential to unleash an incredible amount of destructive power, with the ability to target multiple enemies at once, disrupt magical defenses, and create large-scale chaos. However, true to form, the *Evilinator* comes with several built-in flaws: it requires an unnecessarily long activation sequence, has multiple self-destruct buttons scattered across its exterior, and tends to target areas or individuals completely unrelated to Doofenshmirtz's original goal. The random and uncontrollable nature of the *Evilinator* makes it as much a hazard to Doofenshmirtz as it is to his enemies. When it does work as intended, however, the damage it causes can be catastrophic, wiping out entire battalions or fortifications with its immense power.
