Class: Saber

True Name: Bad aka Metal Bat

-Original Series: One Punch Man

Lore: Metal Bat, known as Bad, is a top-ranked hero in the Hero Association, holding the position of S-Class Rank 15. He fights with nothing but a simple metal bat, relying on his immense physical strength, endurance, and indomitable will. Despite lacking the finesse and superhuman powers of some other heroes, Metal Bat has fought against some of the toughest opponents, including powerful monsters like Elder Centipede and Garo. His defining trait is a fighting spirit that grows stronger the more punishment he takes, turning him into a relentless force of nature in prolonged battles.
While Metal Bat's rough personality and hot-headedness sometimes get him in trouble, he has a strong moral compass and cares deeply for his little sister, Zenko. His love for his sister keeps him grounded and serves as his greatest motivator. As a Saber-class Servant, Metal Bat brings unparalleled brute force and a unique ability to thrive under adversity. With his simple, straightforward fighting style and unyielding spirit, he proves that even a blunt instrument can shatter the most overwhelming of foes.

Parameters:

Class Skills:
-Magic Resistance (C): Metal Bat has minimal exposure to magic in his world, but his sheer determination allows him to resist some magical effects. While low-level spells are reduced in potency, higher-tier magical attacks still affect him normally. What sets him apart is not an innate resistance to magic but his ability to fight through it, shrugging off magical ailments that would incapacitate others. His mind remains sharp and undeterred even when targeted by confusion spells, relying on his instinct and willpower to stay on course.

-Riding (D): Metal Bat can drive vehicles like motorcycles or cars, though he shows no exceptional skill in this regard. His reckless nature means he drives aggressively, making it clear that he prefers direct combat over any form of vehicular finesse. He can utilize basic mounts if necessary, but they often struggle to keep up with his raw, unrestrained energy in a fight. His lack of proper training in mounted combat limits the utility of this skill.

Personal Skills:
-Reckless Bravery (D): Metal Bat charges headfirst into battles regardless of how dangerous the situation might be. He never hesitates, even when facing overwhelming odds, and his sheer audacity can throw opponents off balance. This skill gives him a boost in combat whenever he fights opponents stronger than himself, reflecting his habit of punching above his weight class. However, the reckless nature of this bravery can also lead him to make poor tactical decisions, rushing in without considering the consequences. This trait embodies his willingness to sacrifice himself for those he protects, showing that his bravery is not rooted in arrogance but in an unyielding sense of responsibility.

-Sibling Bond (B): Metal Bat's protective instincts are heightened by his connection with his sister, Zenko. Although Zenko isn't physically present when he is summoned as a Servant, the emotional resonance of this bond manifests in the form of a mental anchor. Whenever he feels overwhelmed by despair or exhaustion, the thought of his sister reinvigorates him, clearing his mind and restoring his fighting will. This skill provides a significant mental defense against curses, illusions, or mental interference, as nothing can sway him from his mission to protect. Additionally, the memory of Zenko reinforces his desire to shield those who can't protect themselves, granting him a bonus when defending others.

-Brutal Strength (A): Metal Bat's combat style revolves around raw, overwhelming force. Each swing of his bat carries devastating power, enough to crack bones, smash through reinforced structures, and even damage beings far beyond human strength. This skill not only increases his physical damage output but also makes his attacks difficult to block or parry, as the sheer weight behind them can shatter defenses. He is most dangerous in close combat, where his relentless barrage of strikes leaves little room for counterattacks. Even without elaborate techniques, the simplicity of his brutal strength makes him a terrifying force on the battlefield.

Noble Phantasms:
-Name: Fighting Spirit Unleashed - No Matter How Hard You Hit Me, I'll Keep Standing!
-Rank: B
-Type: Anti-Unit(Self)
-Ability: Metal Bat's Noble Phantasm encapsulates the pinnacle of his indomitable spirit. Upon activation, his strength, endurance, and agility increase exponentially with every hit he receives, up to a certain limit. The damage he takes directly fuels his power, transforming injuries into a source of strength. In this state, his blows carry enhanced destructive force, capable of shattering armor, barriers, and magical constructs with ease. His swings become faster, more precise, and nearly impossible to predict as the energy within him builds to critical levels.
This Noble Phantasm also grants him temporary immunity to pain and fatigue, allowing him to fight at full capacity regardless of his injuries. The longer the battle drags on, the more powerful Metal Bat becomes, making him a nightmare for opponents who rely on attrition. However, the Noble Phantasm places a tremendous strain on his body, and prolonged use can result in permanent damage. If not deactivated in time, he risks complete physical collapse.
This ability reflects Metal Bat's core philosophy: the more life knocks him down, the harder he fights back. As long as he can still stand, nothing will stop him from swinging his bat. This Noble Phantasm makes it clear that Metal Bat is not just a hero of brute force, but a symbol of resilience and perseverance in the face of impossible odds.
