He adopted the identity of "Tobi" and later masterminded the Fourth Great Ninja War as the masked leader of the Akatsuki. Wielding the power of the Sharingan and the Rinnegan, Obito became a feared and relentless force in pursuit of the Eye of the Moon Plan, an apocalyptic vision of uniting the world under a single genjutsu.
