Lore: Darth Maul, a former Sith apprentice to Darth Sidious, was molded into a weapon of pure hatred. A Zabrak from Dathomir, Maul was raised in brutality, trained from childhood in the ways of the dark side, and became a deadly assassin. Although thought dead after being defeated by Obi-Wan Kenobi, his hatred sustained him, leading to his return as a vengeful warrior bent on destroying both Jedi and Sith. Maul's life is defined by loss, vengeance, and relentless pursuit of power. He founded the Shadow Collective, uniting various crime syndicates to spread chaos across the galaxy. Despite his strength, Maul's path is ultimately tragic; he is a fallen apprentice forever seeking purpose after his master discarded him. Now summoned as a Lancer-Class Servant, Maul's mastery of his double-bladed lightsaber and his rage-fueled abilities make him a terrifying force on the battlefield.

Just as he resisted Sidious's domination and escaped mental collapse after his initial defeat, Maul's spirit allows him to overcome external influences with sheer hatred and stubbornness.
