Having escaped the Metro Tower, everyone managed to get to the rooftop safe and sound. Mikey set Manako down to the ground for her to rest while Tomoka and Donnie panted for breath. The roaches were so exhausted, they almost passed out on the ground. Rin was being comforted by April as Galaxy and Nebula turn to the way they have escaped. Pavi was traumatized by what she saw of her brother. He had turned against them and joined the Krang.
"What a shock," Rin panted. She stood back up to her feet as her rainbow hair fell onto her purple bug-like eyes. "I didn't think things had gotten even worse all of a sudden."
"I can't believe it..." Pavi muttered, her knees slumped to the ground. "What are they gonna do to her?"
"I don't know," panicked Nebula. She was horrified to see that Casey's partner was captured by the Krang. "They took Meloetta and Raph is a Corrupted."
"Raph..." Reika sobbed, not believing that her boyfriend turned into a monster. "I can't believe they did this to him."
Casey took off his mask and began to comfort the sobbing loggerhead. Her face was scrunched with agony while she continued sobbing.
"That is what they do," Galaxy said, trying to comfort the loggerhead sea turtle. "They mutate you, turn into a freak, and lose all of your memories."
"Raph must have become a Corrupted when Pielope used a Curse Soul," Nebula said.
"A Curse Soul?" Shira gasped, looking up to her alien friend.
"Yes," she nodded. "It is a very dangerous soul that could corrupt a person. It was mixed with Druun and krang mass that would make you feel like you died. Your memories, your personality, even your name will be forgotten."
"So they used it on Raph," Leo muttered. "But Meloetta is gone."
"I wonder what is gonna happen to her," Manako whimpered, as Chipzie, Cuddly Wink and Tra La La rested on her shoulder.
Everyone looked up at the sky, which was now turning into a bloody red.
"A shame our brethren didn't survive the prison dimension," Krang Prime said as Pielope floated by. Following from behind is the one eyed Sister, the mute brother, Panic and the now infected Raph. The infected Raph was carrying Meloetta in its grasp. The fairy struggled and tried to get out of the grip but the monster clinged to her body tight. The sun was already setting and it was about time to start the invasion.
Krang Prime continued on. "Then again, their weakness has no place in my new Krang empire." He walked up to the slot and hannounced, "Open and bring unto this world the mighty power of Krang!" Then he began to place the key into the slot and the tower charged up, causing an electrical shortage. A bright beacon a light opened up summoning up the portal to the prison dimension.
"And of course, we have the songstress here," Pielope included.
Meloetta struggled to get out of the Krang mass until she saw a giant crystal above. It was a purple crystal with a dull shine of purple light. It almost looked like Shira's crystal, the one that she wore on her neck, but it was bigger and dangerous. It seemed big enough to put someone in it and control the crystal. It sparked lightning as Meloetta whimpered in fear. What is gonna happen now?
"Go ahead, Pielope," the alien told her. "Put her in."
Before Meloetta could even wonder what was happening, she was pulled right onto the crystal and restrained with dark magic. The young fairy tried to get out, but it was no use.
