Shira opened her eye slowly and felt herself running, vertigo and nausea overtook her as she regained her composure. Why is she running? Why is she not in the Prison Dimension? She was holding someone around her body and she couldn't feel her lover's flesh arm. It felt metal-like, something that looked a lot like Raph's arm.

Weird, her instincts told her. She looked up and saw that what she had seen wasn't like what she had expected. She was in an apocalyptic world where everything had fallen into ashes. Hundreds of people made of stone, a few corpses laying around and so many are fighting for their lives. The ground below her feet had no grass and the sky above her was completely red. There aren't any buildings because some sort of bomb must have destroyed it and left it to decay in the darkness. This is so confusing. She slowly set the person down on a pile of corpses and saw her lover's face. Backing away, she saw something that she didn't see before. This figure wore blue jeans, knee pads, a belt wrapped around his waist, a blue cape around his neck with the same heart locket with several scars on his plastron.

Shira looked at her reflection on her sword that she was holding in her right hand. She had changed. She has a faded scar on her left side of her face and her bright blue hair has gotten so long. A blue Japanese dress wrapped around her body with patterns of strange winged insects with water droplets around her waist. And around her neck was a familiar glowing crystal necklace. She thought she saw grooves running down her face. She's gotten old, like in her late 40s or something.

"Help him, Michelangelo, Manako-san. He's hurt badly."

Shira turned her head and saw Casey kneeling down at them. She recognized that face and Meloetta. This was the time that she sent them to the past to stop the Krang and find the mystic key. She turned her head and saw very old figures of her siblings but something seemed wrong. Their faces look blotted with mist along with her husband who was with her. They are wearing capes, one orange, and one green. White hair grew at the back of the male's head as the female's gray hair had orange remains on it.

She looked around and saw thousands of monster robots roaming the city. New York was destroyed and the resistance that she had known were fighting for their lives and struggling to survive. Above was a massive ship that hovered in the reddish sky. She turned her head to her lover and saw that he was bleeding. That blow on the stomach, it looks bad. She began to hesitate, thinking that she had to heal him. He looked at his wound and at the wasteland.

"That's it," he said finally, crestfallen. "The resistance failed. The Krang won." Shira began to lower her head and thought the end of the world had begun many years ago. "But... it isn't over," her husband said hopefully. "We've still got a ninja's greatest weapon. Hope. That, and a bravest mystic warrior and songstress."

Shira started to smile, though her tired worn out face was enough to bring determination. "I bet father would be very proud of us."

He began to smile at her. "He would." With that, he turned his head to his younger siblings "Mikey, Manako, we need a time gateway."

The two turtles nodded their heads, knowing it was time to send their only apprentice to the portal. They began to float a large clearing and bend their legs straight. They began to spin their legs to make a circle and started to hold hands.

Shira started to feel something on her neck. She pulled it out and saw the fabric remains of red, purple, lilac, black and pink tried into a scarf. She remembered those masks. She remembered stitching them up together to make a scarf so she can remember her brother and sister's faces.

Raph... Reika... Donnie... Tomoka... Rin....

They all died because of those monsters.

She looked at the bag she had held and saw something glowing. It was the dragon gem, the one that she gave to Casey before he gave it her past self.
