The Hamatos and the Heart Clan

Now shifting at least five hundred years later, there were creatures that lived in the city called New York. Each creature has a unique magic. But the most important of all were mutants. Four brothers and five sisters; nine siblings live underground. They live with their new friends and companions and go out on many adventures. With one sister who was a leatherback, she and her friends were about to discover their biggest quest.

The moon shone brightly above the sky while city lights glowed, filling the dark streets with light. The sound of the people filled the streets as they walked past the busy city, doing their everyday routine. Everything in this town of New York is peaceful, tranquil. A small, bright gray sea turtle poked her head up from the top of the roof. The wings on her back shined brightly like water bubbling over the waves, flapping gently as droplets twinkled and floated beside. A white crystal dangled from her neck as her short blue hair flowed in the breeze. Her one eye glowed pink like a pearl while her other eye remained closed due to the nasty scar that she had when she was created during the Burst.

Shirahara Hamato stared at the starry sky with a bright smile on her face.

"Wow... Look at this spectacular view!" she exclaimed. "The stars are even brighter than before in my life." She stood on the edge of the rooftop, feeling the warm breeze of the night air. In this calm and peaceful night, she is usually not alone.

"Come on, Shira!" a bright cheerful voice echoed. "Race ya to the other end of the rooftop!"

It came from the bright fluffy orange haired green sea turtle, her nineteen year old little sister, Manako, bouncing happily as the wise, intelligent Hawksbill sea turtle, twenty year old Tomoka, her middle sister, floated in the air as her long black hair flowed beautifully. She and her sisters are training for their night routine by scouting the city for bad guys, those who have been in the city countless times. In their younger years, they have been fighting so many enemies like mutants, ninjas and Yokai monsters and they succeeded with each and every skill they had learned.

"I know it is not true. We have to meet up with the brothers," said Tomoka as she levitated between them. Being a young scientist of the family, she has known everything about the world.

"As if," a gruff voice answered. It came from the twenty one year old loggerhead sea turtle, Reika. Her pink vampire eyes glowed brightly while her black kimono skirt rustled in the breeze. "Shira, you may be cheerful, but we need to go. We're going to be late for our training."

"Okay, Reika," the leatherback chirped, getting up to her feet. "Don't be too rude about it. I was just watching the city on a perfect night."

Spreading out her wings, she leaps, letting the gravity off her feet and her wings begin to flap with each beat. She began to fly onto the Brooklyn Bridge as Tomoka, with the ability of flight, floated beside Shira. Reika and Manako began to run on foot.

As you all know, these sisters have a traditional magic called Ninpo that came from their ancestors. The blood inside them is special because since a strange mutagen injected them, they are able to harness their mystic powers and their magic.

Shira turned to see a flying butterfly floating past them, harmless and fragile. She smiled as it fluttered past her side. She loves this time of night, even with the stars filling the sky. They flew through the bridge as they jumped from each rope, cheering happily. Beyond the other side, you get to see a hundred stacks of pizza boxes stacked on someone's head. Flapping her wings like she is floating in the water, Shira lifted her communicator strapped to her little right hand.

"One hundred and twenty five boxes! You know, they say it couldn't be done," a voice buzzed from it, "but look who's doing it. Moi. You know, that's Spanish for Leo."
