Always remember that it's okay to cry and open if things got too heavy and difficult to handle. Just like what my English teacher said, "Pwedeng magbawas kapag puno na ang timba." It's okay to take a rest after a long day, even if it's draining or not. We are all human. We get tired a lot, and that's alright.
Always put time for yourself to reflect and meditate. Our life was like a vast changing sky. We don't know what will happen in the future, but we have to keep going in order to unravel the beautiful mystery. Storms might come but it will always pass. Let's enjoy the journey, not just the destination. Heads up everyone!
