A whisk of air blew across the front of the house. A figure stood outside of it, her fingers fiddled with the safety of a gun. Big gun. One that could take a life.

"It's nothing serious." The words echoed through Lana's head as she stared at the girl before her, "We're nothing serious."

She could hear the music from inside, faint voices talking loudly.

    This is all your fault.

Tears ran down her cheeks even through her closed eyes.

"Just... Casual."

The past circles through her mind. Nova was her everything. She did everything for her, procrastinated writing so she could be by Nova's side.

Through every relapse, through every ache and pain, Lana was there, by her side through it all.

"Dammit." Her hand stopped, she turned, her eyes landing on the door. "This... This is the end." She gripped the gun tightly as she closed in on the door, her hand brushed against the metal of the knob.

When it opened, it swung open, so loud people in the room turned. "Where the fuck is Angelica!?" She yelled, her breath heavy as she held the gun up, people stared in shock at her. Most she didn't recognize, most didn't recognize her.

      Some did. Barely.

There were murmurs, the music shut off. There was movement, a figure pushed through the crowded-up people. "Jesus, Lana," The girl blinked, her eyes locked onto a figure who wore pink star-shaped sunglasses. "Damn," She pulled them off her face, her eyes looking Lana up and down before she put a hand on her hip. "Mama, you are too hot for all this negative energy." She moved forward, forcing the gun to the side as she flung her arm over Lana's shoulders. "You need a drink."

Lana stared at her, disgust and surprise both written on her face. "Oh, please, Lana." She scoffed, "You seriously need to chill."

"Kahdeline? Kahdeline where did you-" A voice was getting closer until it stopped, a blonde figure had pushed through. Lana's eyes widened, she shoved Kahdeline off her and raised the gun again.

"Lana," Angel breathed out, Kahdeline backed off and came to her side, Angel handed her a drink as she stepped forward.

"Angelica," The hatred echoed off her voice, and Angel flinched. Lana slowly lowered the gun, she pulled it off from around her and dropped it onto the ground. Her brows furrowed and her fists clenched.

Angel swallowed thickly, she knew what was coming. "You really want round two?" Angel asked, cracking her knuckles.

"I want you in the fucking ground," Lana growled, Angel's eyes widened slightly but only for a moment. The venom rolled off Lana's tongue, it was fiery. Angel nearly shuddered.

"How did you know I was here?" Angel asked, Lana smiled slightly.

"We have mutual friends," Lana turned her head to Kahdeline who shrugged when Angel gave her a betrayed look.

"Oh, don't be like that, Angel." The girl shook her head as she sucked in a breath, "It's not anything personal. I can't decline a cry for help from an old friend."

"Old friend?" Angel's eyes met back with Lana's, "You're- Lana... I-" She shook her head, "Everyone... back up. I got this." She said, the crowd backed up.
