Warning: Violence and Death
(Only recently discovered this song but it is rlly good) A/N: this chapter was so hard to write, I'm really bad at writing fight scenes especially when it's with powers and abilities so I hope this is good <3"Stella," Myth's voice called out, it was chilling, bone-chilling. A voice alone doesn't seem like much, but Stella stayed awake at night from what Myth put her through, something she had yet to get over, she forgave and got on good terms with Myth a while ago, but some scars would never be healed.
Myth got closer to her, Stella couldn't move, she felt frozen. "You're going to watch the world burn around you," Myth brought up her hand and her fingers grazed Stella's chin, Myth spread her arms out slightly, her skin morphing.
Stella felt arms wrap around her, then another pair, it was a gentle hug until they pulled tight. Stella gasped, air puffed out from her lungs quickly. She choked, she rocked herself back into realization, but into what was going to happen.
Blood. It covered the front lawn, bodies were slashed open.
Stella would cry out, and fall limp in the arms that held her tightly. She wished to stop this, but she couldn't push free. Even with her veins glowing, and her power welling up, she was stuck, stuck in Cherri's hold.
Stella pulled and pulled, Cherri's grip was nearly crushing her. "This is only what needs to happen, you need to see who she truly is." Cherri motioned her hand, and two of her people stood together. Stella bit her lip slightly, Lana and Nova stood side by side.
"Poor little Stella," Lana cooed, her hands on her hips as she leaned forward, Nova snickered at her mocking.
"All your friends are gone," Nova created a fake pout on her lips, Lana chimed in, "Or, most of them."
Stella looked away from them and to where Myth finally stood still, she was breathing heavily, her arms back to normal but she had blood all over her. When she turned around, the burning look in her eyes made Stella turn away, her eyes flickered back to normal.
"Stella," There was a whisper in her ear, she only flinched slightly. "Stella," It whispered again, Stella's hands raised to her ears to block it out. That's when she realized her hands were free, her eyes had closed, but now they were open.
Everything was black.
Stella let out a breath and looked around, there was nothing back black. "Stella," She immediately turned, and her eyes widened when they met with Myth.
"...Myth?" She let out, Myth still had her red features, she only had two eyes though.
"Everyone you've lost," Myth began to speak, Stella listened intently. "Was because of you."
"What?"
"You're a coward, Stella." Myth tilted her head up, smirking. "Your actions have cost people their lives, everything wrong that's happened was because of you." Myth raised one of her hands, two people appeared in front of them. Lana and Nova, a purple orb appeared in Myth's hand.
The orb became long and became the shape of a longsword, Myth flipped it around her hand as she began to step towards the two between her and Stella. "Your cowardice is your enemy." Myth brought up the sword and as Stella began to realize it, she ran forward, her veins glowing brighter and brighter but she couldn't stop the sword from slicing through them.
She let out a yell, from the pain. Her body crashed into Myths and suddenly they were outside the house, in the grass and leaves. She felt different, a new sense of power.
